Long Island — Riding Shores & Singletracks from Napeague, Hither Hills and Camp Hero to Montauk

Having a trip to the Hamptons of Long Island, and no wind in the bays, I decided to utilize the trip for something else fun. On Trailforks, I found a long lone single track line from Napeague by the shores and through the parks all the way to the end of Long Island, the Mountak Light House. 40 miles (64km) round trip looked like good fun. Anticipated 4-5 hours of riding, but I was on a tight schedule. And as tradition dictates, things didn't turn out as planned...
