THE TREES MUST GO!

As we enter the final week before my father moves into the tiny house for full-time living, we begin to tackle a huge project. The problem? About 100 (probably more) trees standing in the way between the tiny house's off grid solar array and the sun. In this video we take you along while we begin getting those pesky trees out of the way. With the hardwoods, which are mostly small, we process them into firewood for the coming winter. Several of the cabins on the property have a tiny wood stove so that wood will come in handy. For the pines, we slice and dice them then chunk them into the fire. For the really nice pines, we have someone coming out to harvest the ones in the way and he will be using them for a timber frame cabin. Enjoy!
