Clifton Suspension Bridge

The Clifton Suspension Bridge is a landmark bridge that spans the Avon Gorge and the River Avon in Bristol, England. It was designed by the famous Victorian engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, and completed in 1864, five years after Brunel's death.

The bridge is made of wrought iron and has a total length of 1,352 feet (412 meters), with a span of 702 feet (214 meters) between the two main towers. At the time of its construction, it was the longest suspension bridge in the world, and it remains an iconic symbol of Bristol to this day.
