When superstar Ed Sheeran isn’t serenading his endless number of fans with the soothing sounds of his incredible pop music, more often than not you’ll find him relaxing at his palatial estate in his hometown of Framlingham, in Suffolk county. Ed’s been adding to this incredible property for over a decade with London’s “Evening Standard” reporting that he’s spent at least $85 Million in properties all around the world throughout his entire career. I’m going to fill you in on some of those extra locations in a little bit, but there’s simply no way I can gloss over a place that goes by the name of – I kid you not, “Sheeranville”.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses and even though I've done a house tour of
my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe
for anyone.
When superstar Ed Sheeran isn't serenading his endless number of fans with the soothing
sounds of his incredible pop music, more often than not you'll find him relaxing at his
fallacial estate in his hometown of Framlinham in Suffolk County.
Ed's been adding to this compound for over a decade with London's Evening Standard reporting
that he's spent at least $85 million dollars in properties all around the world throughout
his entire career.
I'm gonna fill you in on some of those extra locations in a little bit but there's no way
I can gloss over a place that goes by the name of Sheeranville.
Here located in the heart of Suffolk is Ed Sheeran's most famous property, a 16 acre
farm estate that he shares with his wife, Cherry Seaborne, as well as their daughters
Lyra and Jupiter.
As someone who's always been proud of his humble beginnings, Ed invested a whole bunch
of his early hard-earned cash into the first part of this vast estate, a detached farmhouse
known as Wynn's Hall, which was purchased in June of 2012.
Think of this spot like Ed's castle on the hill.
More than just a catchy song title, this is Ed's main residence and acts as a hub for
his entire estate.
The hall boasts 6 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a living room with cream walls, wooden
beam ceilings, and a set of glass panel double doors that lead directly to the home's entrance.
Located elsewhere in this hall is said to be Ed's man cave, a place nicknamed the Hobbit
Hole by his friends.
Here Ed keeps his recording studio, a hot tub, and a billiards room.
But just as Walt Disney himself once said Disneyland will never be completed, neither
will Sheeranville.
And over the past 10 years, Ed's continued to make a series of additions.
Shortly after buying his main hall, Ed added a 6th century grade 2 listed farmhouse to
his estate, followed by a 4 bedroom home in 2016 and another bungalow in 2017.
Two years later he added on yet another 4 bedroom home when he purchased a piece of
property known as The Poplars.
Ed has spent a fortune renovating and updated the homes he owns in the area.
The first extension he added onto his main hall was the addition of a home gym as well
as an indoor pool, along with a treehouse that measures 26 by 26 feet in size.
The treehouse offers open views across those gorgeous emerald green Suffolk fields while
also containing its own living room, study, and a home theater.
There's even a man-made lake that has caused Ed some headaches when his neighbors pushed
back, originally believing that he was going to be using it as a swimming pool.
Today the lake has a jetty as well as a handrail, but Ed insists that he created this spot in
the hopes of increasing the biodiversity of the area.
He's also laid claim to having planted something like 14,000 trees in the area since moving
in.
Aerial shots taken from the sky suggest he probably isn't lying with his home being
covered in lovingly maintained gardens filled with shrubs, flowers, and more.
Oh, and did I mention he built his very own football pitch out here as well?
As a massive fan of Ipswich Town, Ed made sure to splurge on a pitch so that he could
challenge any visiting friends or family to a game.
Elsewhere in the property is an old barn that blends perfectly into its surroundings that
Ed refashioned into a four-car garage to park his collection of incredible cars, including
his Aston Martin DB9.
But by far Ed's favorite addition was the creation of Lancaster Lock, a pub he added
to his estate in 2017.
But this isn't any old pub.
Lancaster Lock was once a historic building that Ed's now converted into a swanky-looking
brew house complete with six-foot-wide tunnels running underneath, leading to the property's
main house.
At first, his neighbors weren't too pleased with this idea either, especially not its
big outdoor side, but Ed promised to rebuild the structure using the original bricks and
tiles as before, which got him the permission he needed.
Then in 2019, Ed created something straight out of a food lover's dream – a full-on
outdoor kitchen with a chimney pizza oven, wooden deck, two barbecues, a Yorkstone bar,
and outdoor seats.
It's the perfect spot for Ed to hang out with some of his most famous friends.
Unfortunately, it's his not-so-famous friends that aren't into Ed's most recent addition,
and for once it looks like Ed Sheeran might not get his way.
Ed Sheeran is a spiritual individual, which is probably why the latest addition he had
planned for Sheeranville was a massive prayer hall.
With designs that planned to shape the building very much like an ark, Ed was hoping to use
this special place for contemplation, prayer, and celebration.
Initially designed as an Anglo-Saxon-style chapel with a 48-foot-tall tower, Ed's lands
were squashed by the city council, who believed that the buildings would impact the town's
sightlines and become an eyesore.
One local resident wrote a letter to English media outlets that read,
The area is well-served by local churches, and I feel there's no need for a well-known
person to create his own island of calm when lovely places of worship are abound the area.
Another aspect of Ed's design plan called for a double-grave plot-sized burial zone
set to be accessible through a ground slab in the rear side of the church.
This idea also seemed to upset his neighbors, with the same local adding,
I don't know about all of that, but what I do know is this, it's when Ed Sheeran's
time on this planet's finally up, he'll have a ton of choices on where to be laid
to rest.
Because outside of Sheeranville, he owns a host of other properties as well.
Ed Sheeran might call Suffolk home, but it's the UK capital of London where he owns the
most amount of property.
In fact, the global pop star, who's worth an estimated $200 million, probably has enough
of residences to fill up his very own Monopoly board.
Consisting of 27 flats, houses, and mansions, Ed's real estate portfolio is worth an estimated
$70 million.
Recently, he decided to revamp a $25 million mansion in London's West End, a home that
boasts 8 beds, a theater, bar, staff quarters, and a swimming pool of its own.
He also scooped up two properties on Floral Street in Covent Garden, as well as a pair
of flats by the Battersea Dogs and Cat's Home on the Palmer Road.
These four homes are believed to be among his most expensive, with estimates suggesting
their total value to be somewhere around at least $11 million.
Sheeran also owns five apartments in Wiverton Tower in Whitechapel, worth an estimated $5
million, as well as a mansion in Holland Park, valued at nearly $24 million.
Daily Mail would also uncover that Sheeran bought several properties in Notting Hill,
and while he's almost never offered us a glimpse of these homes, he did allow us a
peek inside one of them for the recording of one of his music videos, which showed he
and his wife dancing in their kitchen.
If the rumors are to be believed, Ed's paying for all of these homes with straight-up cash,
leaving him mortgage-free.
Wouldn't that be nice?
That includes Ed's most recent purchase, a two-bedroom beach house worth $800,000 that's
been constructed out of an 1880s train carriage.
This tiny home is located on the south coast of Kent, and has views across the English
Channel for the singer and his family to enjoy when they're looking to get away from the
hustle and bustle of London or life on the road.
Originally a carriage that traveled on the Southern Railway, now Ed's new home has been
extended at the front and rear, while being finished with a modernized interior that includes
a slick but small kitchen, as well as a living area with dark wooden flooring, a charming
wood-burning stove, and an armchair.
How much time will Ed Sheeran spend at a place this small when he's literally got an entire
village to call home?
I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
But for now, that'll bring this latest house tour to a close.
Thanks so much for watching today's video.
Before you go, answer the following question for me.
If you could build your very own village, what would you call it?
Let me know if you'd base it off your own name like Ed has in the comments down below.

an episode.
My name's Kara the Vampire Slayer.
If you enjoyed today's tour, then keep watching because, coming up next, I'm about to take
you inside another British icon's multiple homes as we investigate the real estate holdings
of Adele.
I'll see you all next time.
Bye!
Earlier this year, it was reported that Adele scored her third Beverly Hills home, adding
on to her growing compound here.
The songstress spent $10 million on the mansion of her close friend and longtime next-door
Adele purchased the 6,000 square foot plus main residence, at that time for $9.5 million,
and then snagged the $10.6 million abode directly across the street, which is believed to be
occupied by her ex-husband.
In this video, we'll be taking a look at the singer's growing Beverly Hills real estate
empire.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses, and even though I've done a house tour of
Adele is an English singer and songwriter who's considered one of the world's best-selling
artists, with sales of over 120 million records.
At the time of this recording, her estimated net worth is at about $177 million.
Even with that kind of money, the England native claims she would never be able to afford
the mansion she has in LA if they were in London.
The successful songstress was also able to buy a collection of properties in Beverly
Hills, which are worth about $30 million altogether.
And as for why Adele owns three neighbouring homes, she said that it allows her ex-husband
Simon, who she divorced in 2019, to live just across the street from her and their son.
Hey guys, it's Kara the Vampire Slayer back with another exclusive house tour here in
Femas Entertainment, this one looking at Adele's Beverly Hills compound, including her latest
home purchase.
We're trying to get to 500,000 subs on here and we're pretty close, so if you're watching
and you haven't subscribed yet, please do so.
As always, you can hit me up on Instagram to chat, and now let's get into this video.
In 2016, Adele purchased her first and main residence in the Beverly Hills neighbourhood
of Los Angeles, more specifically, in the exclusive celeb-filled and gated enclave of
Hidden Valley.
Her neighbours here include the likes of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, Cameron Diaz, and
Adele's gal pal Jennifer Lawrence.
Not to mention her former next-door neighbour and friend Nicole Richie, who she just bought
the mansion off of.
Records show Adele's main abode is gated and private, and inside, there's about 6,600
square feet of space, with four beds and six baths throughout.
The double-height entryway boasts a grand staircase as well as glossy hardwood floors
underfoot.
There are two formal living rooms, both of which offer fireplaces, and one with French
doors out to the yard.
The main floor of Adele's home also has an elegant dining room and office with built-in
desk, and of course, a kitchen, and the chef's kitchen offers a large centre island.
There's also an impressive range here, and much more, while the space is open to a sunny
breakfast nook with black chandelier and the family room, complete with a fireplace and
bookshelves.
Some other bonuses include a butler's pantry with wet bar and wine fridge, and a second-level
library loft with vaulted ceilings and yet another cosy fireplace.
Adele's plush master suite has a luxurious ensuite bath, two walk-in closets, and even
a bonus room.
Outside, the fully gated property has exceptional privacy, also being shaded by full-grown trees,
and the backyard is well-stocked to say the least.
The grounds of her home are full of stone terraces, a cute garden area, a gazebo with
porch swing, and fun add-ons like a dog run and a treehouse, which make the property family
friendly.
Of course, there's a swimming pool and spa, as well as an alfresco dining area with grill
to round out the features.
In 2019, Adele began to add on to her Hidden Valley property portfolio with the purchase
of the home right across the street from the one we just looked at.
The singer turned out to be the secret buyer of this contemporary estate, costing her 10.6
million dollars.
It's said that her ex-husband Simon is the one actually occupying this residence, at
least for now, and it's one of the reasons behind the purchase.
This could have been to make co-parenting easier for the former couple.
Inside this home boasts just over 6,000 square feet of space with 5 beds and 6 baths, while
the grounds cover nearly an acre.
The stunning Beverly Hills home was built back in 1961, but has since been expanded
and renovated.
In fact, the original building was under 3,000 square feet, so they added a bunch of space.
Inside, you'll find high ceilings and plenty of natural lights, as well as white, bright
spaces along with a large sunken living room.
The living room sits across from a raised dining area, and features a fireplace and
direct access to the patio.
The eat-in kitchen at this crib is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets,
and nearby there's a cozy library with built-in floor-to-ceiling shelves, another fireplace
and room for 2,000 books.
Other features within the home include an art studio, custom-fit craft room, a fitness
center with wall-to-wall carpeting, and a sunny home office.
The master suite is privately located on the upper level of the home, and encompasses a
seating area with fireplace, custom walk-in closet, and attached bath with jacuzzi tub.
The space even has a private terrace that overlooks the grassy landscaped backyard,
and the entire room, while it boasts a slightly retro feel much like the rest of the home.
Outside the property is a simple but large swimming pool with surrounding deck, and plenty
of trees on either side of the yard for privacy.
While the third home was never officially listed on the market, records show Adele purchased
her friend and next-door neighbor Nicole Richie's home for $10 million.
Adele and Nicole have shared a property line since 2016 when the singer bought her first
and main residence in the Hidden Valley neighborhood.
The lot of Adele's latest real estate purchase spans just over half an acre of land, while
inside there's over 5,500 square feet of space with four beds and four baths.
Built in 1957, this stately home has been renovated and expanded since, and while the
exterior is quite traditional in style, the structure is uniquely long and narrow.
Aside from Nicole and her husband Joel Madden, it's said that even actor Jack Nicholson
once called this place home sometime in the 90s.
The property is tucked away in the mountains above Beverly Hills, and just a 10-minute
trip to the famed Beverly Hills Hotel or Sunset Strip.
The mini mansion wraps around park-like grounds, and there's a manicured lawn and stone patio.
There's a freeform swimming pool tucked into the terrace, as well as a separate spa, both
of which are dark-bottomed.
Adele's new corner lot home also has an attached garage, large hedge for privacy, and a half
basketball court.
When Nicole and Joel lived here, they kept the home's interiors quite private, but we
could see it was designed in a contemporary yet vintage aesthetic.
There are also multiple fireplaces throughout, and a classy master suite with attached bath.
Richie had previously given glimpses of the home on Instagram as well.
Adele's trio of properties in the hills seem to have potential to become a giant compound.
This latest mansion is actually right across the street from her BFF Jennifer Lawrence,
who purchased her home in 2014, while their other neighbours are also high profile.
Out of 33 homes in the Hidden Valley community, 11 are owned by megastars.
Aside from the ones that I named before, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have a mansion here,
as well as Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, and even Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem.
Alright, now that we've looked at Adele's property collection in Los Angeles, I think
that brings this house tour to an end.
Out of the 3 homes, did you guys have a favourite?
I guess if Adele tires of one of them, she can simply walk next door or across the street
to switch up her scenery.
I think each home has something unique to offer, and I loved the design of all of them.
We couldn't see many photos of the newest home, but from what we could see when Nicole
Richie lived here, the house had stunning interiors.
Be sure to let me know down in that comment section which of Adele's luxury homes was
your favourite.
For the sake of this video, I'm just gonna go with the first one, a classic beauty.
Thanks for watching!
