Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban have built an impressive property portfolio across the globe the Australian couple has invested almost $60 million in real estate alone with their properties now estimated to be worth a total of $282 million from the spacious 20 room mansion in Nashville where Nicole spends much of her time with the family to Elvish duplex in Manhattan and properties in their native Australia the actress and her country singer husband have a luxury home for every season over the past decade Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have purchased six apartments in the luxurious latitude building in Sydney's Milson Point combining two penoses to create a mega apartment their purchases began in 2009 with a 4,500 ft unit on the 21st floor for close to $6 million followed by a 400t apartment next door 3 years later which offered even better Harbor views for $7 million in 2011 they bought a 19th floor apartment for $2.6 eight million initially used as a home office and now converted into a gym the couple later bought a two-bedroom unit in 2021 which is leased out right now the most recent purchase was a three-bedroom apartment costing 7.7 million in 2023 well in total Nicole and Keith have invested around $27.5 million in the building under various company names and this is where the pair hosts their annual New Year's party the latitude building offers homes with stunning views of the Harbor Bridge through Florida ceiling windows and wide balconies with Interiors featuring a modern kitchen and neutral palet throughout for a contemporary feel Nicole and Keith spend much of their time at their Nashville Mansion which they bought in 2008 for $23.47 million this nearly the 11,000 ft home includes seven bedrooms and eight baths providing plenty of space for the couple and their daughters faith and Sunday situated in the upscale gated Northumberland Community just outside of Nashville their grand estate ensures top level privacy and security this Mansion spans three luxurious floors and features a total of 20 rooms based on listing photos from the time of their purchase the estate was styled in a classic decor with common areas that featured High ceilings elegant drapes archways and marble flooring their living room measures a spacious 32 by 21 ft while the formal dining room stretches 23 ft in length the main level is full of French doors and large Windows bringing plenty of natural light into the space nearby the kitchen showcases hardwood floors and high-end appliances and a loft like Lounge area sits at top the main staircase other Georgian mansion with Sandstone Terraces press metal ceilings a carved Cedar staircase and 10 marble fireplaces in the 1880s the historic property was leased as a vice Regal Rural Retreat for Lord Augustus lus a former governor of nsw this elegant Farmhouse sits on a vast 111 acre property during a home tour for Vogue Nicole highlighted the billiard's room where she enjoys a game now and then as well as the formal living room with a grand piano and a cozy fireplace their Farm is also home to Black Inus cattle an orchard and a guest Cottage and when they want to change from the countryside
