Review morning and evening mindfulness logs for PACER themes and sleep trends
Review what is being done for the 15-minute happiness break each day
Explore any meditation and distress tolerance skills that are working for the person to help them get into their wise mind
Review progress and trends in baseline data for your top 3 symptoms
Reflect on your goals.. How far forward have you moved? What has been most helpful?
In the first 3 weeks you developed an awareness of what your symptoms were and all the different things that might be contributing to them.
You were empowered to get a physical to address physiological issues
