Just as jealously guarded in Cantonese cuisine of southern China, a typical recipe for spareribs calls for cooking in the “char siu” barbecue style, which gives that characteristic glazed red veneer to the meat as it is roasted in a sweet and savory sauce. Hello everyone, this is Cece and today I'm at Aqua Fortress Modern Chinese Restaurant and we're here in Ennis and here is Renal and we're here to make a very delicious hot pot.
A quarter cup of oyster sauce, a quarter cup of apple sauce, this is very interesting, and a quarter cup of ketchup.
Hoisin sauce and a quarter cup of brown sauce, thank you very much.
So once I mix all the ingredients, all the sauce together, it will become this.
And the ribs, you already trimmed and took out all the fat, right?
So after we mix all the sauce right here into this mixture, the sauce right here, I just put them onto the ribs.
And then what we're going to do next, we're going to open the oven, we preheat it to 455 degrees and then we're going to put it in for 45 minutes.
Okay, so right now it's after 45 minutes.
After another 45 minutes, time flies.
Okay, so for the full recipe of this video, you can find it down in the box below along with the articles of Epic Times.
So this recipe is actually really easy.

You turn one time and then you cook it for another 45 minutes.
