(Premier League 2022/2023): Highlights Manchester United - Manchester City

Electricity in the air, there is a buzz around Manchester and even the rain has halted just as the teams get underway. Manchester United couldn't have gone any worse. Rashford back out of the left wing, where's Ederson gone? The keeper way out of position, the block by Akanji, Eriksen will try to resuscitate, here's Wan-Bissaka. Suddenly Manchester United's attack springing into life but Marseille's header into the gloves of a much-believed Ederson Marej. Manchester derby, we hope to see through the full 90 minutes today, now this is Eriksen and he's got options and a bit of pace by Rashford. Solid goalkeeping from Ederson. Here's Rodri, central location for Walker, who fancies it. Oh, he put the laces through that. Manchester City, technical area there to make a change. Oh, nutmeg from Joao Cancelo. Down he goes, was it a push for Casemiro? Stuart Atwell, waves play on for now. He would give a penalty away. Marej, David de Broglie, around Casemiro... Grealish! Manchester City take the lead in the derby. And it's Jack Grealish's second Premier League goal of the season. To find the back of the net, he's unchallenged, he's unmarked, and it's the freedom of the six-yard box, and he... Wan-Bissaka, Casemiro, pulls off to Brunner. Here's Wan-Bissaka, nice feet, very nice, Eriksen. We hope to see Luke Shaw move to left-back again. Manchester United can utilise his attacking prowess. This is Casemiro, Rashford, is he on? Bruno Fernandes! Flag is up, Fernandes runs to the assistant. He's saying that he wasn't offside. But Rashford was. The assistant on the far side could see Rashford off here. But does he touch it? He doesn't, he doesn't touch it. Yeah, and I think what's also pivotal is the fact that you can't be seen to make an attempt to play the ball. I don't think Rashford did. I think Rashford realised he could let it go, and it's been given. The Sens have gone and sat down again. Rashford, got the Old Trafford roar, spurring him on. Comes off, Akanji, got at you again! Just in a row here at Old Trafford. As he made his little movement to finish it off. And yeah, I fully agree with what you've just said. City do not know what's... There will be a big party tonight on the red side of Manchester. Alex Tenor so far, success on derby day.
