Hey, we're back.
That's right, we are.
What do we have, Karen?
So today we have saag paneer,
which is great because we love Indian food.
The problem with Indian food is the rice and the bread.
So what we have here is an alternative,
and that would be cauliflower rice.
So it's totally keto-friendly,
but yes, Indian food is to die for.
Yeah, spices just make you want to keep eating.
And this one is made with spinach and onions,
and I got the fork.
And it's not the official recipe of saag paneer.
It's a slightly different version,
but you can add in fenugreek and mustard greens
to make it official.
Legit.
That's right.
But here's the thing about spinach.
If you're on keto and you have a susceptibility
to kidney stones,
spinach actually can cause more of a higher risk
for that because it's loaded with oxalates.
But when you add cheese to it,
see, the Indians are very smart about that.
It actually counters that problem.
So you're not going to absorb the oxalates.
So let's see what this tastes.
Keep talking, keep talking.
Let me see.
That's great.
Wow.
We're going to be releasing a whole series of Indian recipes
because the spices are so amazing.
It's just yummy.
It's so flavorful.
Wow.
And you know what, with this cauliflower rice,
it's actually such a great substitute.
I don't feel like there's a substitute.
I feel like I'm just eating Indian food.
I mean, I am eating Indian food.
You are.
But you know what I mean.
Yeah.
It's great.
I mean, it's very, very healthy.
There's nothing in here that's bad at all.
So I'm excited.
Okay, well, we hope you enjoy making it
as much as we are enjoying eating it.
