House Republican Leader J.T. Wilcox, R-Yelm, provides a floor speech on House Bill 1573. The legislation would extend the expiration date of B&O tax preferences for dairy, fruit and vegetable, and seafood processors from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2035. The measure passed on a 77-19 vote on March 16, 2023.
