After breaking my ankle at the start of March, we had surgery to inset a metal plate shortly after. Then started 6 weeks of non weight bearing at home, two weeks of partial weight bearing with crutches, two weeks of walking unaided with a few minutes of running.. and then after 10 weeks we were able to run all week. Plus there was about 22 hours training on Zwift overall! Join us here, 11 weeks on.. as we run a 5k and delve into the data to see how much fitness has been lost!
