5k TIME TRIAL.. fitter than I thought! Plus another operation / surgery needed next week..

Follow along today as we head to Dulwich Park in London to see how much progress we're making in getting back in shape... going pretty well!

Plus chatting about my upcoming surgery in Germany this week.. so will need about 7-14 days off running.. although should be able to walk just fine! Then we can crack on with getting back into top shape again. Can't wait!!
