The state of Texas has historically been a Republican Stronghold, but communists and Democrats are focusing heavily on trying to flip Texas blue. The reason that Texas has now become a hotbed of communist activity is because it holds 38 electoral college votes, and so if Texas is turned blue, then America could turn into a one-party state.
