We are going to take you guys to a few different Michelin star street food hawkers. Yeah so actually Singapore was the first country with a street food hawker that was awarded one Michelin star. All right. Okay we're not gonna waste our time to talking so let's go there. See you there. Okay so we just arrived at our first Michelin star restaurant, hawker place and it's called Hawker Chan. Hawker Chan. Okay so they serve the famous soya sauce, chicken rice and noodles. Yeah as you can see that is the one that got award. That menu is the one that got award. Okay there's a sign there. One Michelin star awarded at 335 Smith Street. Let's go inside. Okay so we got our food here. And Nan is thinking about putting sauce and she doesn't know if she have to put. No because in the photo you know the photo is like Yeah yeah. Yeah so okay let's check it out. Come closer a little bit. This is like a fermented beans. Soya bean like this. Thai people they love it. And some egg and chicken and some cucumber. A full chicken rice no? Yeah yeah. And this is like looks like they put some um something on top some sauce. Soya sauce, soy sauce. Maybe. Okay let's try it out. Okay let's try it out. The pork leg in Thailand. Oh yeah. But in the pork leg they put like more juice like that you know like soup. But this one is like yeah if you eat all together everything at the same time It's perfect taste. Try it out. All right. Maybe it's sweet because of the sauce. But the chicken is soft. The chicken itself is soft. Very soft. Yeah. Chicken is good. It doesn't taste like anything special to me. Like nothing special. Yeah me too. But let's try it out. He eat only the beans. Soya bean. Okay so we just finished eating here by Hawker Chan's restaurant. The chain restaurant. And his other restaurant is just across the road. So he has two restaurants. The other one where he actually works. We would actually would like to go and try it because he works there for about three hours a day. And uh it's on the second floor. This one is uh not it's not the best or it's good. It's very good but it was not what we expected. So uh yeah i would like to go and try his and see how it actually tastes. And this this too is the Michelin star menu. So let's start eating this delicious looking dish. Yeah. Michelin Michelin. Michelin star as well. Yeah. Let's see. Let's try it out. Let's try the dumpling first. Look at that. Look. It's a mint inside. Very nice. So you're gonna have to dip it like this with the sauce otherwise it's gonna be like very plain. And the sauce. This is like just soya sauce and ginger. Some ginger. You need to do it yourself. Try the spicy one. Let's see. And try this one. It's ******* good. Oh my god. For me it's good because it's spicy, sour, delicious. And yeah. Very good. This one I believe that's why it's like it's Michelin stars. But this one is normal for me. Okay. So let's not try it. As soon as you eat it, it's so like spicy. The pork is really delicious. It's very soft. The dough is very very soft. So delicious man. Let's try the bun. The plain one now. And it's a little bit sweet as well. Nice aftertaste. Wow. And oily a little bit as well. Let's try this one. Such a clean taste. It's like it doesn't taste like bad at all. Any bad ingredients. It tastes really clean. Really good. And I didn't try the sauce. Let me try the sauce quickly. One second. All right. All right. Let's try. Wow. The sauce is really good. It almost tastes like a type of alcohol man. Let me try the sauce just like this. Or the ginger just like this. Let me try. Wow. That's delicious. Try that. You eat it like that only. It tastes like some type of juice. Very good. This is my favorite. Because it's spicy. I like when the chili is like fried chili like this. I really really like it. For me this is my favorite. Oh no. This ginger sauce almost tastes like tequila. Okay. So I'm gonna eat this dumpling here with all this ginger on here. This ginger I really like it. Really really delicious man.
