Dried Meat & Fish at Stoung District in Kampong Thom province

When traveling to from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap or return from Siem Reap back to Phnom Penh, we never forget to stop by Stoung district in Kampong Thom province to buy dried meats for the family or relatives. They have dried fish, dried beef, dried buffalo, dried crocodile meat, pork and beef sausage and more.. I like to buy dried crocodile meat as it's cheaper than other dried meat. Dried crocodile meat is 38,000 riel per kilogram when dried buffalo or beef is 80,000 riel. We can fry or grill the dried crocodile meat and it's good.
