Plant Shopping & Plant Haul || Planting a Privacy Hedge

I was gone for a week due to some various difficulties but I still vlogged while away! This past week was a lot of fun in the garden! I went to do some plant shopping and picked up a bunch of native perennial plants to use in my pollinator garden and I got some tropical plants too. I went over everything I grabbed in a plant haul. The plants include: Asclepias tuberosa, manfreda virginica, sunflowers, praire dock, russian sage, golden rod, stromanthe ( triostar ) Philodendron moonlight and philodendron prince of orange, no pink princess philodendrons in this plant haul! .. oh and some skip laurels and an Acanthus. After going over and giving a small plant tour I started planting up my privacy hedge with some Skip Laurels/ cherry laurels and planted some ostritch ferns in front of them. After planting up the hedge and ferns in the garden I spent the rest of the vlog doing some plant chat and catch ups. I talked about my new favorite plant, the cordyline fruticosa 'singapore twist' and the trouble I had making my how to grow cordyline video gave me. I ran out of time to get my pollinator garden planted up but it will be in the next garden tour, the august garden tour. I am working on it right now and look forward to having a new haven for the butterflies and bees!
