Hello everybody, welcome back to my channel. You're getting a sneak peek of something that is
new to me. So today I have autumn outfit styling ideas, that kind of thing, that is what we are
doing today. So I have put together some new autumn outfits, so using some pieces that are new to me
with old pieces from my wardrobe, and then I've got some absolute favourites that I've just been
wearing non-stop over the past couple of months at the end. So there's a mixture of like newness
and oldness, and I will either link items that are currently in stock in the info box below,
and I will also try and link similar items to what I have on if they are out of stock. So that
is the general gist of this video. If you have any other style videos that you would like to see,
then do let me know. I have some evening ones coming up, I have some kind of like seasonal
ones coming up, and then I've also got a style Q&A that I'm currently working on for you. If you
do have any questions for my style Q&A, if it's... I'd like some seasonal ones, that would be really
nice, because I get a lot of ones. I'm gonna be doing a whole thing on staple items and things
like that, because there is a big interest there. But if you have any seasonal questions, then
please pop them in the comments below, because I would love to add those and kind of have some of
my Instagram questions, and then some questions from you guys on YouTube as well. So yeah,
comments down below. Please give this video a thumbs up, because it's really... it's really
helpful to me. Subscribe if you're new, and I hope you enjoy the video. Okay, outfit number one. I
love this. This was, I think, the outfit of the whole lot that I was winging the most, if I'm
quite honest. So this was inspired by Monique. I will link her Instagram in the info box, because
she is just the most sweet, lovely human. And yeah, she wore an outfit like this on her Instagram,
and I was like, I have an outfit just like that. I can do that. And I absolutely love this. I love
the all-neutral. It's absolutely beautiful. I've paired it with neutral bags and shoes,
and I think that works really, really nicely. So from head to toe on the outfit, I have got my
ASOS earrings. This top is from Topshop. The trousers are also from Topshop. I got these in
the summer, but I will try and link something similar. I actually really need to have these
taken in, and I would say to size down with them, but they are the most lovely pair of trousers.
They're so comfortable. They don't crease too badly either, and they're just the most beautiful
neutral colour. And then I've paired them with my Topshop tan, kind of Chelsea heel boots. If I
were taller, or I had these taken up, I would wear these with my YSL... what are they called? I can't
remember what the trainers are called, but my YSL sneakers. I would wear them with this outfit,
because they are the perfect neutral colour. And then finally we have my Gucci Dionysus bag,
but I do have another bag option, which I think would change the look of this outfit a little bit,
um, if you wanted something a bit more statement, and it wouldn't be an autumn styling video if I
didn't crack this out, would it? I love this bag. If you keep an eye on Selfridges and Topshop,
it might come back in stock. I have actually put in a request that they bring this back,
um, because it is just the best bag. I adore this. Oh, it just makes me so happy. I will
keep this forever. It's just one of those shapes that I feel is really classic and really timeless.
I've been looking for a bag like this for years. So, so happy that it's finally back. So beautiful.
So I think this would work really nicely if you wanted, like, a little bit more interest
in the outfit. You could also add a belt, I nearly did, but I wanted it to just flow. I think it
really, like, elongates your silhouette if you don't have a belt around the middle. It's quite
timeless, obviously. The leopard print, not so timeless, but, like, the base of the outfit is
really, really timeless. It's something that you could keep and re-wear for years and years to come.
So, yeah, it's really, really gorgeous. So this second outfit, I'm actually reusing a jacket from
last year. This is, um, an old Topshop jacket, but I'm pretty sure they'll do similar ones
this year as well. I feel like everyone will kind of have something, a blazer like this,
in their wardrobes. I've paired it with this maroon Zara jumper underneath, which I really
struggle with this colour. I struggle with this and navy blue so much because they were my old,
like, where I live. There's two schools and they were the uniform colours, so I always really feel
like navy blue and maroon are very, like, business colours. I can wear emerald green, no problem,
because those were never, ever my school colours, or anyone I know's school colours, but, um,
me and my brother used to have navy blue and red. I had navy blue. It was not cute. I would much
rather have had maroon. Um, anyway, it always feels like a very smart colour with me, so it
felt kind of natural to pair it with a blazer. And I've got my Zara, um, faux leather leggings,
which I just love. Like, I live in these at the moment. And I have a pair of leather jeans,
but to have, like, a pair of leggings, which are much thinner and just a little bit more
comfortable and, like, flexible. Flexible? Stretchy? Comfortable? Absolutely lovely. They
feel so nice to wear. I would say on an average leg length, they would be cropped. On me, they
just come down to my ankles, so I do think if you're, like, five foot two, you do just have
to hoik them up a little bit more, but I think they could work for most leg length. And then
I've got my Topshop boots, which you will have seen a lot in my recent styling videos. I love them.
They're very round-toed, but I actually think they do a really nice job at elongating my legs.
And then for a bag, I've just gone for my Givenchy Antigona, because it just felt right to toughen
this look up a little bit, and I really, really like it. That's the, kind of, base of the outfit.
I have also pulled the sleeves quite far down past the, um, sleeve length of the blazer,
just because I like that layered look, and I think it, kind of, just dresses it down just
ever so slightly. It's very, very subtle, and it doesn't make this look like school uniform,
because it's just that little bit messier. Um, so yeah, I really like that. So, yeah,
this is outfit number two. It's very simple, but I think it's a really nice one for autumn.
It's very warm. I'm sweating in it. I do run quite warm, so some people will be like,
aren't you cold? I do live in the south of England. It's very warm here. It's currently
blue skies outside today, but this is outfit number two. Love it. Very, very happy with this
one. Okay, for this next outfit, I'm styling up these trousers from Zara, which I love. They're,
like, a metallic, kind of, grey colour, and I've seen a lot of metallic trousers pop up
over the past few years, and a lot of them are, like, pinks, golds, nothing. Everything was very
metallic and very bright, and I didn't make a purchase of any of those, because they didn't
really fit in my wardrobe. They were just so bright, and I just couldn't make it work,
um, but I saw these, and I just absolutely loved them. I need to redo the bow on this,
because this is coming undone. Yeah, I saw these in Zara, and I absolutely loved them,
and I think they're going to be perfect for the Christmas season. I won't show you them
in a super dressed up outfit today, because I have other plans for this, for these trousers,
um, but yeah, I've paired them with my Topshop black body, which is honestly one of the best
investments I made this year. I've worn it to death. It's in the wash at least twice a week,
I just wear it so much, um, and then I've got my YSL trainers on with it. I originally planned to
wear this with boots, but you end up looking like a pirate, because I have to roll these up so much,
and they are so baggy. I was just like, no, I look a bit like a pirate. I have a coat option
for this. You could wear a leather jacket with this. I've gone for an aviator coat,
just because I feel like these are slightly more night out trainers, trainers? Trousers.
They are slightly more night out trousers, um, and I think like, although this is a really good
day to night outfit, I thought I'd give you a warmer coat option. But yeah, this is definitely
an outfit that you could pair heels with, um, and it would look amazing. So um, yeah,
a really good day to night option, and the colour is very neutral. I think it's quite timeless,
and you could have these in your wardrobe for a really long time. It does actually come like this
though. I don't know if you're going to be able to tell, but it's honestly the most unflattering
thing when you get like, proper like, ruffle top trousers, and you have um, quite a curve to your
hips. It's not cute! Um, you end up looking like a Christmas present, which is lovely, but I don't
want to be a Christmas present. Christmas presents are great, nothing against them, but I don't want
to look like one. So um, I just literally folded it in, and uh, that's working out really, really
well for me. You alright there Rory? And this is the outfit with my aviator jacket on, and you've
got the trainers, which you can then switch out for a nice black pair of boots, and I think it
just completely changes the game. Yeah, this aviator jacket is from Topshop last year. It's
quite an oversized and slouchy look, but I really like that. It just kind of feels very laid back,
but quite dressed up at the same time. It's one of those really nice in-between outfits,
I think. So yeah, this is the look. Okay, so I run the risk of saying this multiple times in every
video, but I think this may be my favourite outfit. Oh my god, I just love a bit of black and leopard
print, don't you? Um, this is just everything. This is everything. I love it. So, head to toe,
we have Asos earrings. My nails are so long at the moment, I actually can't bear to do too much
jewellery for this video, so do bear with me. I'm getting them sorted tomorrow, and the awful
colour-changing nails are going. But anyway, I've got my Asos earrings. I've got my Bee Liberty
necklace. It's by Alex Monro, exclusive to Liberty. I just love it, I wear it so much. This
Astrid and Mew necklace. Then my jumper is Brandy Melville. I got this in LA back in 2015, I want to
say? So, so long ago. It's held up so well. You guys know, you will have seen this in so many
videos, so many styling videos. I just absolutely love it. Like a black, fine, stouchy knit that
hangs right is just such an important piece to have in your wardrobe. This has just done me so
well. I've then paired it with this new baby, which is from Zara. And this is one that I can
see myself wearing all year round. This works so well for like a night out if you want to look a
tiny little dress. I think for me, I would wear this for like really nice dinners out and things
like that. It's just such a lovely dress, and this would work really nicely with heels, as well as
with the boots that I'm wearing, which are the same ones that I've worn in this video already
from Topshop. I then paired it with my slouchy Balenciaga bag, but any cute little black bag
would look perfect with this, or like a burgundy bag. I think anything kind of dark coloured that
is kind of rich to match the colours on the skirt would be absolutely perfect. And then on my
wrist I've got my Olivia Burton Celestial watch, and then a little cuff as well from Olivia Burton.
It just works really beautifully with gold accents. For jackets, the Topshop Aviator jacket I have
works really nicely thrown over your shoulders. If you did want to wear a slightly bigger coat,
I personally would just wear my Bershka leather jacket, which I'll show you now, just because
I am already quite warm in this. And I think for this time of year when it's not too cold just yet,
a leather jacket is perfect with this. It's also a really perfect day-to-night outfit.
This is something that when I worked in an office I could happily have worn into the office, I worked
in a very casual office before anyone jumps on me, but I could have happily worn from work to drinks
after work without problems. So yeah, I absolutely love this outfit. Also if you are concerned about
the slip being too high or anything like that, I would just get a little pair of boxer shorts,
little black boxer shorts, I'm pretty sure ASOS do them, and just pop a pair of those underneath
and you're good to go. And this is what the outfit looks like with the jacket on. I think
I'm probably going to wear this up to London today for my meetings because this is just
such a cool outfit, I absolutely love it. Okay so we have another leopard print number, again
from Zara, I really like this one. It's in that midi dress style that I really like, you guys know
the Topshop polka dot dresses are my jam, I absolutely love them, this one is no exception.
I actually really like this one because it has a tie waist, whereas the Topshop ones don't,
so you can cinch this one in a little bit more and make it a bit more flattering around the
waist, whereas I have to use a belt on my Topshop ones if I want to bring the waist in a little bit
more. So again I've just layered it with the same necklaces as before, same ASOS earrings,
my Bershka leather jacket, and the same watch and things like that, same Topshop boots,
and this time I've gone for a black bag that has silver detailing just because the jacket
has a bit of silver detailing and the leopard print is a little bit cooler on this piece,
so I do feel like you can get away with a bit more silver or mixed metals with this one than
the other one which is much more of a warm tone. And yeah I've just tucked my hair into my jacket
just to give it a little bit more of a kind of like cool vibe because midi dresses, I think you
kind of have to edge them up, or they can just kind of swamp you a little bit and make you look
a bit doll-like. So yeah that is this outfit. I've also just unbuttoned the bottom of the dress a
little bit just to give it a bit more movement when you walk, I just think it's a bit more
flattering. That is this look! And I almost forgot to show you, this is what the dress looks like on
its own. It's very cute. I've got a black body on underneath, just because this is quite low cut you
can button it up, but I just put a black body underneath, you could put a nice black bralette
or something like that underneath as well. That is what it looks like, it's very very sweet, I like
it a lot. So this next outfit is definitely more of a daytime one, you could make this a little bit
more evening appropriate by switching up the jumper, you could switch it to a black top for
evening, but I thought that this little white number would just be a nice addition because
we've worn a lot of black in this video already. I love this jumper so much, it is very kind of big
on the shoulders, so that is something that I always try and keep in mind, I generally try and
hide it with my hair because it is so fluffy, it's kind of just slightly bulky, but I really
love it because it is so cropped, it works really beautifully with this skirt which is from
Topshop. This is gorgeous, I love the like grey and slightly like lilac muted tones to it, it's
really beautiful. I've paired it with my Topshop boots and then I've just gone for a really oversized
bag, just because I think the jumper can be quite bulky, so it really helps to level it out a little
bit. I do also think it's quite a tough looking bag, so it works really nicely with like the skirt
and jumper combo, because it is quite a feminine combination I think, it's something that I would
kind of normally shy away from, I do like my outfits to be a little bit more black, a little
bit more tough, so the addition of this bag and the boots kind of toughens it up a little bit.
So yeah, that is the main bulk of the outfit, you can add a leather jacket if you want to, but like
I said this is more of a daytime outfit and right now it is so warm I could happily go out like this,
but as things start to get colder, pop a leather jacket on, but yeah it's just a really lovely
daytime autumn outfit. A little bit different, not leopard print, not very warm toned, so if
you love your greys and neutrals this is probably one for you. So this outfit is an old favourite,
an old classic, with a twist, uh not really much of a twist, but basically I got my favourite dress
in black! My one rule this year was to not purchase the same thing in more than one colour,
I failed, I failed, it's like I know that I get so much more wear out of something if I only
buy one of it, but I couldn't resist when I saw that it came in black, which is like completely
timeless, like polka dots are cute but they aren't forever, but this is just timeless and I would like
to thank the subscriber, and also blame the subscriber that messaged me to tell me that it
come in stock in Selfridges, because this is entirely her fault, and I love her so much for it,
thank you so much! I did message her back, I was like oh thank you! So I have belted it at the
waist, just because it's not an elasticated waistline, and I do find it's a little bit more
flattering if you pull it in a little bit if you need, and I've very much gone for a kind of black
and gold theme, so the black and gold bag is back, all my gold jewellery is still on, this would look
lovely, it comes down quite low, and you can kind of like pull it a little bit more open, and if you
had like a nice kind of like corset underneath, or like a nice bra, that could look really really
cute, but in addition to the gold jewellery I've paired it with my Topshop snake print boots, I just
think that this is the best way to add a little bit of interest to something that is so black,
and I think the addition of the belt as well just stops it looking like, I don't know what it looks
like, but when you just have one all black really long shirt dress on, it just looks a little bit
kind of like you're going to a funeral, so yeah I just think that this adds a little bit more detail
to it, and a little bit more shape, and just kind of makes it a little bit more chic in general, so
yeah that is the outfit, I love it, to me this one is a classic, you cannot go wrong,
yeah so cute, might wear this one up to London today, oh god I think I've said that about five
times already, so these final two outfits are ones that you will have potentially seen before in a
vlog if you are all caught up, but these are basically my go-to autumn outfits at the moment,
so these are things that I've just been wearing, and wearing, and wearing over the past couple of
months, and I love them so much, and you haven't seen them yet in this capacity, so you've seen
this jumper, this is from Zara, Zara is my jam in the autumn, every year we just need to accept
it happens, Zara is actually one of my favourites, like quite often the things that I keep and wear
year after year after year are often from there, like the coat that, my favourite ever coat I've
had for seven years from Zara, it's still going strong, and I just love, I just love their stuff,
I just love it, so this jumper will be one that I just, I'm sorry you're going to see this so
much, I just love it, I wear a little pair of shorts under this for anyone that's like it's
too short, except I like wearing jumpers as dresses, okay, this bag is also from Zara,
and it's so big, it could probably fit both of my dogs in it, but I love that kind of oversized
look, like I really like the whole kind of silhouette of this outfit, it's like big and
slouchy kind of jumper, and then you've got a huge slouchy bag as well, and then you've just
got kind of the bare legs, and then snake print boots which add some texture, and a little bit
of interest to what is on top of a very black outfit, and then with this jumper I always tend
to wear long gold necklaces, just because I feel like it breaks the mass of black up a little bit,
I do also like to wear my hair extensions, like on a general everyday basis I will wear my hair
extensions with this outfit, it just tends to, because my head is a little bit small,
and this is a very slouchy jumper, it just tends to balance out the silhouette, it's the weirdest
thing, it's so hard to explain, but it just genuinely, genuinely looks better, I got several
opinions the first time I wore this jumper, I was like does this need hair extensions, and everyone
was like yes it does, but yeah other than that this is my absolute favourite outfit, I think this
has been my outfit of the year, this will be my favourite outfit that I've worn this year, so yeah
just to recap, Zara jumper, Zara bag, Topshop boots, I really feel like I nailed my shoe wardrobe
this year, this autumn I got three pairs of boots that I am just, they just fit seamlessly into my
wardrobe, and it's just, it makes getting dressed so easy, and I feel like styling my wardrobe this
year has been so easy, like I'm not really a shoe person, but I think this year I realised the
importance of getting the right shoes, and I feel like I really have done that, so yeah all jewellery
and everything is the same as the clips before, so yeah on to the next outfit, this final outfit
is an excellent example of how you can rework your summer dresses into your autumn wardrobe,
this is a dress that I got from Zara back in the spring, I think it may have appeared in a haul,
I think, I absolutely love it, I didn't get a ton of wear of it over the summer just because it is
long sleeved, and we had such a hot summer, but we are now having a warmer autumn, and honestly
like that is, this is perfect for that, I paired it last week with these boots, I didn't really get
to show this outfit in the vlog very much from last week, but I paired it with the same boots
and bag as I've just paired with my black dress, I basically wanted to take minimal stuff to London
so I took two dresses that went with the same bag and shoes, and I absolutely loved this outfit,
and although it's old stock I feel like we all have a white lace dress, or like lots of you
I feel like might have a white lace dress, because I always tend to have one in some capacity in my
wardrobe because I just, I do love them, I always tend to have one, I feel like they're a really
classic timeless piece, and I was really glad I picked this one up this year actually because my
old Topshop one has just bitten the dust, it has so many holes in it, it also had, when I was in LA
it got like red dye kind of leaked onto it because there was a leakage in my suitcase, and yeah it
was very very sad, so this has kind of replaced that dress, and yeah I just think it's like a
really staple item to have in your wardrobe, so I'll try and link similar in the info box below,
but yeah it works so beautifully with the snake print boots, and then the oversized
black bag, I just really like that kind of vibe, I'm really into big bags at the moment, and yeah I
just love this outfit so much, and you could probably work a leather jacket in with this
if it's quite chilly as well, I personally just sweat in this so much, it's got two layers to it,
so I'm good, I'm really good, with autumn dressing for me as long as my feet are warm,
I am warm, and because lots of my outfits rotate around boots, I'm all good, I'm good, I feel like
the one thing that I found this autumn is that I'm definitely gravitating more towards dresses
for my transitional dressing phase, I think, I just really this year, I can probably count the
times I've worn jeans on one hand, I really like trousers because I pair them with like black tops
and it kind of gives more of a jumpsuit effect, and I really like dresses, but I just haven't
really worn jeans that much, I have one pair of jeans which are from Zara, they're mom jeans,
which I, mom, what am I doing, they're mom jeans, which I really really like, but I just don't
find them as comfortable as wearing a dress or wearing trousers or anything like that,
so yeah I would say that that is definitely probably part of the reason I'm loving autumn
styling so much, is because it's actually so easy, I'm basically throwing lots of similar
pieces on with just the same kind of boots and bags, and it all just works so nicely,
I feel like I've kind of built a little capsule wardrobe that can exist on its own in my wardrobe
this year, and I just keep picking the same pieces, and I'm just absolutely loving autumn
dressing so much. October, how are we almost, like actually we're almost at the end, like
how have I done this, I have no idea, so that is it for my weekend autumn outfit, so I think it
might have been more than a week, I'm not sure, I've put together a lot of outfits for this one,
yeah I hope you guys enjoyed this, and I will see you again tomorrow for a new video, goodbye!
