Back end of a back-to-back and the first of a five-game homestand on a Friday night at Chase Center. Third meeting of the year between the Warriors and the Houston Rockets. The Doves have won the first two. Jason Tate able to make the Warriors pay. Clay Thompson. Ty Ty Washington. Setting up Tate. He had the first bucket and then lasers in a three. So Jason Tate. Nice beginning. How does Kaminga play with no Draymond tonight? And J.K. with a fadeaway. Chen Goon is a quality young player. Spinning around but Looney gives him nothing. And Ty Ty Washington running it back. Clock at five. Jason Tate down the lane. Up and off to K.J. Martin who's fouled as he lays it in. Clay had picked up the dribble. Shot clock at three. Kaminga got to make something out of nothing. Gets it off in time and beats the buzzer. David Chenzo. Breaking the paint again. Shot clock at 11. Dante three. Inside out and the triples fall. It is not a complicated formula. Tate working on Kaminga. Pretty difty with the left hand. Kaminga attacking again but this time had it knocked away. Nice play Tate. Push head to K.J. Martin. The step through and the finish. Looney good screen. And pull an open three. A lot of Kaminga early. It's interesting. He's got ---- going on. He's got to take advantage of that. David Chenzo a three. In full flight. And a trailing pull. This takes Ty Ty Washington to the rim. Got to expose him down there Looney. He can do it. Kentucky's putting him in the pros. Ty Ty Washington hitting the three. The offensive rebound for Tari Eason and then flying down the lane. We have Christopher able to score. Thompson catch and shoot three. So pretty. Lamb setting up Klay. Shot clock at five. Better look to Looney. Benner's being almost a little too unselfish. And Lamb with the three. It's got to go in. The ball movement that drives. Lamb on Kaminsky to lay it up and in. Klay with a step back three. Klay Thompson. This is Looney catch and shoot three. And he's fouled. Opportunity for a four point play. Boys have found their rhythm from three point range lately. That's helped too. Patrick Baldwin Jr. Right off the bench and right into the bucket. As he drops into three. Jay Shantate is always off to the races. And he's always coming downhill to lay it up and in. He saw DiVincenzo in front of him. He's like, I can go through him. Or he's spent with a big step and able to hammer it down. I think Steve also took that timeout. Moody took the corner three. And then the Rockets got a layup out of that. It's Shangoon right to the rim. Shangoon left open for three. 13 point lead has been trimmed to four. But the Warrior shot selection played a role in that. More of the shot selection. Attacking again and floating it up and in. Back in the center for the jumper. Taking it inside. Putting it in and trotting the foul. Vega and Klay. Pass was behind him. A.J. Martin did well just to catch up to it. And flipped it in. What a nice play. He was falling over. Thompson catch and shoot three. Jabari Smith Jr. trying to shoot the gap. It's a no-no against Klay Thompson. Vincenzo three. And a four point trip. He pulled your largest lead at 13. Steve Vincenzo one more time for Kaminga. Ty-Ty Washington. And Lamb will foul him as he flips it in. To end the half. Ooh, that one foot runner. And he'll get to the line. Get to that in between. He's got that in his game. Klay Thompson. Credit Jabari Smith. He was right in his airspace. Klay made it anyway. How good is Klay Thompson? Ty-Ty Washington will launch it. So when you've only made nine all year, he's at two in this game. He's saying, I was due. I was due for a game like this. Smith. Let the shooters roll. Poole that time trying to create some contact. Michael Drain stepping into the three. All started with Jordan Poole at least going to the bucket. Jabari Smith. The nine. To make him pay on the other side. Jabari Smith. Creating a little space and scoring this time. Ty-Ty Washington had made a couple threes. He thought about it and launched another one. And dropped it in. Vincenzo. Three defenders with him. Klay Thompson. Nice handoff. And dropped in with 10 hits of triple. You're on the back end of a back-to-back. You want to win this game. But you don't want to put on your heavy minute, guys. The depth. Klay Thompson. 26 tonight. And seven for 10 on three. Ty Jerome. He took it to trouble. That's taken away. Christopher headed the other way. Right to the rim. Josh Christopher never took the foot off the accelerator. Nix will shoot the three. And drop it in. Nix is actually a pretty good shooter. He can drive it. Pretty good playmaker. He's going to get penetration. He's got enough quickness. Patrick Baldwin Jr. Catch and shoot three. Off the pool creation. Patrick Baldwin Jr. And Looney with DiVincenzo, Klay, and Ty Jerome. Klay Thompson's eighth three of the night. He's got 29. Christopher. Dropping in the jump. You know this team wants to drive. As Klay's going to drive right now. He takes it back out. That is great basketball. As hot as Klay is, he sets up Ty Jerome for the three. Baldwin Jr. moves his feet nicely. Josh Christopher still getting inside. That's stopping the penetration I'm talking about. Warriors last year, 53 and 29. They've already lost 30 games as Ty Jerome puts that up and in. Trying to get their 30th win. They've moved to 500 again. I'd say what? Right now, Josh Christopher is doing work inside. Ty Jerome down the lane. Had it stripped. Looney. I'd say what? In 29 minutes. A.J. Martin. Patrick Baldwin Jr. stands him up. Nix for three. He can shoot from the outside. Klay's saying go away. I'll create something myself. His three. How do you use Klay here? Klay catch and shoot three. There's 11. For his own record. Martin soaring in. They try to switch that one late. Atari Eason's trying to track Klay. Nice thing is his gravity just got Ty Jerome a layup. Nix. Chalmers own number. And Daisha Nix hitting the three. But he's got nine. Looney on the post up. He finds Patrick Baldwin Jr. He was denied but stayed right with him. And then after Klay made those threes, he got Ty Jerome a layup. And PBJ got a layup. As Jerome putting it up and in. I'll just do this myself. Mob and Jabari Smith finishing it up. Jabari Smith. And Looney sends it back. DiVincenzo dropping it. This leaves the offense. Klay three. They've won six of their last seven here. 122 points in those games. So the road. Warriors have been okay. Up and in. So the Warriors get win number 30. Klay a 42 point night. 12 of 17 on threes.
