Team Feature: England | This Is Pure Mentality #sports #soccer #baseball #chess

This is pure mentality, you can bottle it up and sell it. We are competitive, we don't lose belief, we give literally everything. It's just incredible the mentality that we really bring. The team refuses to give in. We overcame quite some obstacles already, but still we find a way to win. I was confident that we can show this team spirit when we selected the team. I'm happy that the players live up to this. It's just not words, they put it into action. I think it transcends through the TVs and to the country. You can feel this kind of vibe and energy in the stadium and it makes people fall in love with them because I think on a very basic level that's what every football fan wants from a player, that he's just exhausted when the whistle goes. We are the role model for this kind of feeling. We give literally everything. I just love life at the moment because it's so simple. You get up, you do sports and then you talk and train and breathe and live football 24-7. It's just a very happy place. What did I learn? Just another proof that this is what makes me feel alive the most and this is what I love the most. So I'm in a good place. I think we still have some levels in us. We still have another gear. It's a nice thing actually to arrive in a semi-final and have the feeling that we can still do better. We're coming for a match of football. I think it will be intense. I think it will be emotional. We're happy to have that. We're happy to take that and we're happy to give a good fight. We will be ready.
