A Day In The Life Of...Amillia Huggins (D2 Basketball Player at Bluefield College)

I got to spend the day with Amillia Huggins a Basketball player who red shirt last year at Bluefield College in Virginia. He played at Southwest Guilford High School. He plans to play his first year this season!

We started the Day off at TBA of Greensboro where they got a workout in with Shawn Robinson. Then we went to his Old High School and got some Sprints and Stairs work in. After that we went back to his house in High Point and workout in the home gym.
