A Day In The Life Of...Al'Lonzo Coleman (Overseas Basketball Player)

Episode 13: I got to film with Al'Lonzo Coleman a Overseas Basketball Player going into his 9Th Season. We start out the day with his Trainer Keon Moore (@KeonMoore10) at Scholar Athletics in Concord, NC. after that we went to Physical Therapy with Dr. Leon Knight (@ThePerformanceDoc). then Took a little lunch break and met back up at the Chiropractor with Aaron Ernst (Twitter: @AskDrErnst). Finally finished the day up at Velocity Sports Performance with his trainer Ryan Houston (@NoProblemTraining32)
