Welcome to Las Vegas, Nevada. One of the most desired vacation destinations and resort cities
in the world. Known primarily for its luxury hotels and casinos, live entertainment,
high-end restaurants, and popular nightlife. In this video, we take you on a tour of a beautiful
brand new home located in the luxury resort style community of Mesa Ridge in Las Vegas.
This modern contemporary estate features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms,
4,319 square feet of living space, and is currently priced at just about 1 million dollars.
Before going inside, let's take a look at the exterior of the home consisting of a sand-colored
stucco and stone walls, complementing the desert and mountain theme of Las Vegas.
We have two separate driveways with three total garage spaces, a single car garage on the right
wing and a two-car garage on the left. Above the front entrance gate is the outdoor loft
entertainment space on the second level that you definitely won't want to miss when we go up there.
But now, let's head inside that gate and start our tour. And we have arrived. Yes,
we are giving you guys something a little bit different today. We are in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Not the usual Los Angeles home we are touring, but you guys are going to thoroughly enjoy this,
I promise you that. So as we enter through this first gate, we arrive to a courtyard of the home,
and immediately to my left, you can see a window door leading into the first guest bedroom.
And as we keep walking, we are still outdoors enjoying this Nevada heat. To my left is a spiral
staircase that leads to an outdoor deck that we're going to show you in a bit. Some seating
space to my left as well, and a doubled window door to enter the house. Let's go inside. We enter
this magnificent luxury home. Just take a look at the beautiful tile throughout this entire main
floor. Immediately to my left, you see a large floating staircase to the second level, extremely
high ceilings all throughout. But before we turn around and take a look at the rest of what this
home has to offer, we're going to take a turn to my left and show you what's this way. Through this
hall, we have a closet to my right, one car garage to my left, and here is the powder room.
With a freestanding vanity and custom-made walls throughout. Out of the powder room, back down the
hall, let's enter the main part of the house and show you guys what you wanted to see. Right above
me is one of those luxurious chandeliers, and to my left is something very unique. It's a gentleman's
lounge. What a nice gentleman's room or lounging area. We have built-in speakers throughout the
ceiling, so you feel like you're in your own enclosed private space. Behind me are windowed
cabinets just to display any kind of high-profile champagne bottles or wine glasses, anything you
would really want to show off to your friends. Over on this side is a windowed wine rack. Look at how
luxurious that is. You can see all the way through to the other side where the bar is, and then to
the great room, which we're going to go over and take a look at now. Into the great room, we have
30-foot high ceilings, a large fireplace with a stone surrounding, and a built-in flat-screen TV.
And just look at these windows that bring in an incredible amount of natural sunlight
all the way up to that 30-foot ceiling, as well as sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard,
which there is tons of outdoor seating space. You're not going to want to miss that at the end
of the video as well. And this is a view of the bar on the opposite side of the wine rack. As I
said, I love these unique light fixtures hanging right above the bar table. We've got an elevated,
extended caesar stone bar table with lots of seating. And just next to this space is the formal
dining area, with one of the most luxurious chandeliers I've ever seen in my life hanging
above it from those 30-foot ceilings. Now, let's take a look at the kitchen. We start off by seeing
an oversized center island with a drop-down breakfast bar, staged with these luxury bar
stools. Just so much space to be cooking your meals right next to the dining table. I love the
placement of the dining room in this home. On this side, we have the doubled ovens, paneled fridge
and freezer with the black interior. And the pantry is to my right. Follow me in here. An incredibly
spacious pantry way with more quartz countertops, floating cabinetry all around it. You have more
tinted cabinets above as well. And a five burner gas stove in here. To my left is a full-size wine
refrigerator too. So if you didn't think you had enough space over by the wine rack where the bar
was, you got plenty more right here. Out of the butler's pantry, back into the kitchen, we have
more of those quartz countertops extending the length against the wall. Beautiful tiled backsplash
and a pot filler. Who doesn't like a nice pot filler? Another gas stove, a six burner out here,
and then plentiful amounts of floating shelf space above to store any dishes or bowls you
want. And that leads us to the living room right next to it. This living space is closed off a bit
and you look above, we don't have those 30 foot high ceilings, but wood planked ceilings.
And I do like how up in that corner, there are mirrors that opens this space up a little bit.
Lots of floating shelf space to my right as well with the flat screen TV right between them. And
we've got tons of natural light coming into this space to my left with three windows that overlook
your backyard as well. I said we were going to see the backyard at the end of the video,
but we're just going to walk out there right now next to the living space and the sliding doors
corner off giving you that indoor outdoor flow. Now let's check out the backyard. We are enclosed
in this patio area. We've got some lounging seats, wood planked ceilings above with a fan,
lots of lighting as well. And here we are in the private backyard over on this wing of the backyard.
We've got some dining space, so you can just have a nice bite outdoors while watching your TV on the
flat screen. As we keep making our way along the backyard, we've got more seating space to my left
with a fire pit in the center and a really cool water flowing feature to my right that flows down
these metal pipes into your pool. I really like the shape of this pool. It's unique. It's not a
boring old square that you would see in a lot of these houses. They really take their time and
design these precisely. Let's head back inside. And that was it for the first floor of this home.
We're going to take a walk upstairs, but before we do, just want to show you a couple more doors.
Behind me is another door leading to the two car garage. We showed you the one car garage
on the opposite side. And also to my left is a barn door that leads into the butler's pantry
that we showed you earlier. All right, let's head up this floating staircase to the second level.
Coming up the luxury floating staircase with the glass railings. Behind me, you look onto those
oversized windows going all the way up to the ceiling. And you can see the spiral staircase
outdoors that's in front of the home. But now we have made it to this second floor bridge.
This bridge is a super unique part of the home that is personally one of my favorites. It extends
all the way to the landing space behind me that you can see. And you just get a view of the entire
downstairs level. But before we turn around and walk behind me, we're going to take a turn into
this outdoor patio. This is a perfect location for a deck on the second level as there are no
rooms directly next door. If people wanted to be out here making some noise while someone
was sleeping, you can do that easily. But to my left is some natural stone countertops
with a flat screen TV up on that stone backsplash. And you just have those enormous
mountain views behind me, as well as your local Little League. That is your own private Little
League for this community. And as a baseball fan myself, that has to be one of my favorite perks
of living here. Any other baseball fans out there? Back inside on the second level, you see
a couple windows to my left that bring in more natural light to this space. You're going to see
a lot of that in this home. But let's take a turn back on the bridge and check out the landing.
This landing space is a nice common area on this second level. We've got some floating shelf space
to my left, some natural stone around this built-in TV. Behind me are some built-in desk
space for maybe if the kids want to do some homework, they can do it out here.
Yet another linear window behind me, bringing in more natural sunlight to the second level.
And you can just look down from this landing onto the first floor to see what anyone's doing down
there. Let's keep walking this way. Next to the landing is the laundry room. Now we've got some
quartz countertops that are elevated to fit your washer and dryer, floating shelf space above,
and a beautiful backsplash as well. Out of the laundry room, we're going to show you what else
this home has to offer as we go into the room behind me. We're going to loop around, show you
some of the outdoor space, then into the next bedroom, and finally, the master bedroom. But
first, follow me this way. As we enter this room through this narrow hall, we first take a look
into the bathroom. This bathroom consists of quartz countertops, some dark wood cabinetry,
a tiled texture around the shower walls with a black and white color scheme, as well as more
tiled flooring. Out of the bathroom, back down this path, let's show you this bedroom. This
room is staged incredibly with these street lines going up to this wallpaper of Route 66,
leading you to the mountain on that never-ending road. We've also got a walk-in closet in here
and a window door leading out to the entertainment deck. Let's take you there now.
We've got a very spacious deck out here, front-facing, overlooking the street,
with some seating space to my left. But as we walk out here, we are not covered anymore,
but we've got it staged with a foosball table, as well as a floating bar to my right,
just a nice space to entertain and have some fun outdoors.
We've also got a flat-screen TV to my left, and this is where that spiral staircase in the front
of the house leads up to. How great is it that you can just have guests walk in through the
front entrance gate and up the spiral staircase to this space to entertain them? It also connects
to another room with a window door to my right. Let's walk in this way. If the room on the other
side of the outdoor deck was staged as a boys' room, this would be staged as a girls' room with
a lot of pink color throughout. And I love the mirrored backdrop behind the bed, making this
space feel even more open. And two magnificent light fixtures on either side as well. We've got
the closet space behind me, and this room is carpeted as the one next door was wood-planked.
But let's keep walking, and this room is en suite. Let's show you the bathroom.
A similar layout in this bathroom with some different finishes, except in the vanity with
quartz countertops, dark wood cabinetry. But the tiles on the walls are beautiful,
different than the textured tiles we saw next door. They lead all the way into the shower,
and we've got a built-in bathtub. Out of the bathroom and down this carpeted path of this room,
we will exit, take a turn to the left into the master bedroom. This is a massive master bedroom
as it extends the entire length of this home. We've got windows on the front of the house in
the master bathroom, and then we have a master bedroom deck that overlooks the backyard.
Let's start by showing you this space in the master bedroom. Lots of seating areas,
your own living room in your master bedroom. How cool is that? With another magnificent chandelier
hanging above, we've got a lot of those in here, all very unique in their own way.
A dual-sided fireplace to my right. To my left, we've got a flat-screen TV with some stone
backsplash, floating cabinetry below, and some nice lights that shine bright on that carpet as
well. And as we keep walking this way, we arrive to your master bed. On both corners of the master
bed, we've got stone walls, making a statement in this room as the master bedroom. Some nice
lights that shine bright on the backside of the bed as well. And it also leads out to your master
bedroom balcony. Let's just go out there now. Gotta love that Las Vegas heat that hits you as
you walk out here. But I love this space. It's completely enclosed right off your master bedroom.
I love the touch of these wood beams around the ceiling. To my right, we've got another flat-screen
TV on that stone wall with natural stone countertops. We've got a full wine fridge right
below me, and then a compartment fridge and freezer as well. Your own outdoor kitchen. More
of those insane mountain views that you can take in behind me. We have a fireplace out here with
more of those stone finishes bordering it. And here's another nice touch. This open pocket above
the fireplace, that just brings in some extra wind if you want to cool down on some of these hot days
out here. It is incredible that this master bedroom takes up the entire left wing of this
home. But let's now walk across and show you the closets and the master bathroom. To my right is
the his closet with a glass barn door. And to my left, you can see that this is hers with the double
glass barn doors, and it's more spacious. Lots of really nice lighting in here as well, as a super
bright one comes down from the center, so she can just take a look at all her outfits all day.
Back down the hall, let's take a look at the master bathroom. Right as you enter, there are dual
toilet rooms to either side of me. And here we are. Your grand spa, with your freestanding tub directly
in the center, with the same chandelier above that we saw in the master bedroom. Dual floating
vanities to my right, with more of those quartz countertops. Nice light features going on under
the floating cabinets. Beautiful marble tiled backsplash, and a mirror that extends the entire
length of this bathroom, with more nice lighting going around on the top and the bottom bordering.
And we haven't even seen the shower yet. Just check this out. You walk up this platform,
and then down into another one, where you have your dual chrome rain shower heads in your private
shower. More elegant marble tiles along the walls of this shower, and this is a bit more private
than a lot of the luxury homes that you see, because this one actually has a stone wall to
my left, instead of the usual glass wall. And that was it. We just gave you a full tour of everything
that this luxury home in Las Vegas has to offer. Something a little different than the ones that
we've been touring on this channel in Los Angeles. But, since I was asking Raul, what was your
favorite part about this home? Favorite part has to be right away when I saw the baseball field,
the fact that it has a little league right across, and you can see it from your backyard,
and this private gated community has to, by far, have to be one of my favorite things that I've
seen. Yeah, how often do you see a private little league in a gated community? Not often at all.
I've honestly never seen it. Yeah, this one's pretty crazy. And you got those mountain views
behind them as well. Wow. But yeah, my favorite part would probably have to be the front entrance
where you have the gate, and then the spiral staircase that can lead up to the entertainment
space with the foosball table and the outdoor flat screen TV. Just a unique space to entertain.
I've really never seen anything like that. Tell us what your favorite part is in the comments below.
We read all of them, and let's do the outro. And there it was. We just gave you a full tour
