Rep. Ed Orcutt, R-Kalama, shares the story of Cowlitz County Deputy Sheriff Justin DeRosier in support of House Joint Memorial 4001. HJM 4001 would request that the Washington State Transportation Commission commence proceedings to designate a section of I-5 in Cowlitz County as the “Cowlitz County Deputy Sheriff Justin DeRosier Memorial Highway.”
