Full Committee Organizational Meeting

The Committee on Energy and Commerce will meet on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 10:00 a.m in the John D. Dingell Room, 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building for a formal organizational meeting for the 118th Congress. The Committee will consider the following matters:

1. Welcome and opening remarks by the Chair and Ranking Member; Introduction of new Members of the Committee;

2. Adoption of the Resolution on Committee Rules;

3. Adoption of the Resolution of Subcommittee names, jurisdictions, and ratios;

4. Announcement of the Republican Subcommittee Chairs and Members;

5. Announcement of the Democratic Subcommittee Ranking Members and Members; and

6. Further business.
