Episode 39: I went down to Lexington, NC to One Athletics to meet up with Corey Joyce who I wet while filming with Merritt Beeker a few Episodes back. While thier Corey worked on a lot of agility work, and getting times down. Then we headed to X2 Baseball in Concord, NC where he worked on Hitting on the tee, Underhand Toss, and some Machine work.
