El testament d'Amèlia is a beautiful catalan folk song. This particular arrangement was made by Miguel Llobet and was part of his Canciones Populares Cantalanas.

I've loved this song since the first time I heard it. It has a beautiful and haunting melody and I love that he uses artificial harmonics in the arrangement as well. Many of the most popular classical guitarists have recorded this arrangement including Andres Segovia, John Williams, and Julian Bream.
