In the kid's classes, we try to introduce several drills that are both fun and educational for the children. One of the drills I like helps them develop a better understanding of the front kick while using a Wavemaster pad. This video covers one of the kid's front kick drills that helps them chamber, deliver the kick with full body weight behind it and also how to tell if they are delivering it correct.
