Situational Awareness in Self Defense

It is very easy to get used to training inside the safety of the Dojo. We practice with willing partners, we have safety training tools and usually padded floors. However, as it is very easy to take the "comfort" of the Dojo setting for granted we need to keep in mind just how different situations can play out "in the street". There are many factors in the environments (city streets, bars, other public places) that can sway the outcome of a confrontation; in your favor...or theirs.

In this video we'll take about different perspectives and several safety practices to make into habits so that you can be prepared if something were to happen.
