mini basque cheesecake recipe | SUPER CREAMY | NO CRUST

If you don't like cheesecakes with crust then this the creamy cheesecake is the one for you. This recipe is for a very small cheesecake so feel free to double, triple, or even quadruple it if needed. However the baking time will change. This is a basque cheesecake however due to the size of my pan it looks very flat but the taste is incredible.

Ingredients:
250 g soft cream cheese
75 g sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
120 ml heavy cream
10 g flour
