AUSTRALIA \\ THE GHAN: TRANSCONTINENTAL RAIL EXPEDITION //VLOG #42

Consistently listed as one of the worlds great train journey's, The Ghan by Australia's Great Southern Rail is billed as vintage luxury hailing back to the early times of travel by rail. This all inclusive expedition begins on the north coast of Australia in Darwin and winds its way 3000 kilometers through the outback all the way to Adelaide on Australia's southern coast. The train makes periodic stops along to way ensure guests are offered as much of the "Outback Experience" as the want. Unfortunately during our journey they cancelled the tours we planned in the north due to high water (understandable) and in the middle due to "Brush Fires" though we didn't pass through a wisp of smoke and there were not currently fires in the area...AAAAAAnyways....We still got to get out and about a little bit for a once-in-a-lifetime experience we'll never forget.
