Hundreds of bodies delivered in just 4 hours

A man recounted what he saw while attending a funeral at a funeral home in the early morning hours of Jan. 8, 2023.

"Bodies were brought in almost every three minutes, hundreds in between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. . The main hall could not accommodate so many bodies and they were placed outside. It was like cleaning a battlefield. People passing between the bodies, waiting for the processing, had turned from fear at the beginning to numbness."
