Kayak the Bighorn River in Thermopolis, Wyoming

One of the best things to do in Thermopolis, Wyoming is to schedule a day out on the Bighorn River! Whether you take a lazy float down the river in tubes or have a kayak to assist in your adventure, the Bighorn River is gorgeous and very easy to navigate on your own.

We wanted to test out our new Sea Eagle inflatable kayak (https://amzn.to/32s3ekN) so we spent the day exploring the river.

The Sea Eagle hold 2 people plus our pup Everest very well. We did not worry about small rapids, puppy paws or anything else keeping us from enjoying the day on the water!

It takes only 15 minutes to set up and another 15 to pack away. And because we live full-time in our truck camper we were glad it is relatively small when packed away!
