How to Build a High Capacity Archery Bow Rack With PVC Pipe Hooks

I've got some new walls to work with, so today we'll be building a bow rack. This one is one of my favorite styles as almost any bow that has a string can be hung on it. It's great for PVC bows, wooden longbows and recurves as well as modern laminated recurves/longbows and compound bows as well. The rack keeps the bows facing out and side by side, so even strung bows don;t take up any extra room.

This particular rack holds 20 bows in a 5 foot space (4 bows per foot). It can be made longer, shorter, or with different hook spacing to accommodate any number of bows.

This makes a really good rack for compound bows as it saves a lot of space, and it is also a great way to display longbows and selfbows, as it shows off the back of the bow.
