Dolphin fatally attacked by shark at Sydney's Manly Beach

A diver has described the moment she saw a "three-metre bull shark" chasing a dolphin when she was swimming at Sydney’s Manly beach this morning. The mammal sustained fatal wounds as beaches around the area remain closed until Sunday morning
