Selkirk Shawl Crochet Pattern

Crochet shawls, like this Selkirk Shawl Crochet Pattern, are such a wonderful crochet project to make! They are not quite as large and as time consuming as a blanket, but are just as wonderful to wear.  I love to use shawls mostly around my home while sitting and reading or enjoying a hot cup of coffee.  They are convenient to wrap around your shoulders while running out for a few moments.  They are also a beautiful accessory to wear to a formal function such as a dinner or wedding!

Skill Level: Easy

Gauge: 15 sts x 8 rows of dc = 4 inches

Finished Size: Approximately 60 x 30 inches laid flat at widest points, excluding tassels

Yarn: Selkirk Worsted by Fleece & Harmony ® (200 yds; 80g; 100% wool; (Worsted/Medium weight). You will need 5 skeins including 3 skeins in colour A: Natural and 2 skeins in colour B: Oyster

Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm) hook.
