A Day In The Life Of... Michael Gupton (Class Of 2022 / Outfielder / Committed To NC State)

Episode 69: For This Episode I went over to the Raleigh Area of North Carolina and Met up with Michael Gupton. A Class of 2022 Outfielder Committed to NC State. You Might know him from the East Cobb Astros, or Maybe the Fact he runs a 5.96 in sixty. Either Way He is one to look out for. He has Great power and is extremely fast. We start off the day at his high School getting work in the cages off the tee, then head on the field and do some BP with one of his Coaches. After that we head to the outfield for some agility work and some defensive drills, and finally head over to the gym for a Back and Shoulder Workout!
