Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant (SABG) Requirements: Session 4

This video is part four of a four part series of webinars which cover fiscal and programmatic requirements of the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant (SABG). Session #4 focuses on the fiscal and financial requirements which impact SABG-funded provider organizations. It reviews SABG funding bases, set-aside funds, maintenance of effort requirements, single state audit sub-recipient monitoring and restrictions on SABG expenditures.
