No surprises in the Milan line-up. The only change since the return has been a Calabria, the twice-beaten finalist for Milan against Juventus.
Making five changes from the team beaten at Mirona last weekend.
The Silvio Ranzi and Thibaut who came on all-star, as does Buffon, the cup-keeper, of course, in between.
Silvio played for Sarri, doesn't retain the league for Juve after eight titles in a row.
His position will be virtually untenable.
Here we go.
First effort on goal comes from Ibrahimović.
Out for a Milan.
Doonan, of course, going to try and find the big man.
He's chased but the pace beats Ronaldo and the Valverde looking on.
Stands there.
Dropping back to midfield, Guardiola filled the ball.
Here we see Ibrahimović just letting fly.
Tenacious start as well, great.
Cristiano Ronaldo.
Decent tempo to the game.
Quality pass in there from Juve, again under pressure.
And here's Ronaldo.
Take on Calabria.
Drew the foul.
Out for Calabria but certainly didn't.
Not sure how much contact there was but...
And that's...
Goes beyond Quadrado effortlessly.
Powers up through the gears, in towards Ibrahimović with the improvised attempt on goal.
It came very quickly to him.
Time and time again.
Here's Quadrado for dead.
Just pushed it across a danger area.
Ronaldo.
Spurs for both.
Season well.
Into a new club and you...
Not really.
I think certainly...
If you look at his intention, he's being whistled for everything he does.
That was a good spin here by Rebic.
Looking for Ibrahimović.
You might have been looking for contact.
Back to the right-handed side.
Just in the Ibrahimović.
1-2.
He's a little bit sluggish getting there now.
Čaninović.
More purposeful.
Ibrahimović.
Could find that sort of pass.
And manage the shot saved by Bukas.
Was as accurate as it ever was.
Absolutely right.
Just composure.
In and around the box.
He's got a...
Certainly has got plenty of...
Certainly has got plenty of athleticism down this left-hand side.
Ibrahimović.
As good as man.
No card is brought out.
So, the next game.
Ibrahimović.
The right arm goes straight into the face of De Ligt.
Of course, Ibrahimović is so tall when he does jump up.
He's planning to catch the opponent.
Fire up.
This time.
He's very still.
He's shuffling just his feet.
He doesn't look quite right, does he?
His feet.
He doesn't look quite right, does he?
His arm was a bit...
Guardiola.
They're just getting on top.
Juventus.
He's gone for goal!
Parried by Donnarumma.
And he wouldn't quite come for the rebound.
Getting more game time now.
They've never started this competition this season before.
They've never dodged races.
They're never like that.
But Ibrahimović.
He anticipated the challenge.
Maybe made a meal of it.
But I think there was contact.
Despite what the Juve players are saying now.
There's a foul.
Dybala manages to get his foot in the way.
But he's up for the shot.
As he's about to pull the trigger.
Just have a look at...
Left leg of Dybala.
Puts it in front.
No doubt.
Ibra gives him a kick.
And that's it.
Dybala shoulder to shoulder.
Then he got caught.
And Nández is getting very tasted out.
Getting annoyed.
Here's the challenge.
It's a shoulder in the back, wasn't it?
Well, exactly.
It's not shoulder to shoulder.
However, there.
That's a foul all day long.
Benítez has just been barged out the way.
Of course, what you then don't go and do.
Get yourself into trouble.
That's exactly what...
Ronaldo.
Lovely.
Dropped his shoulder and went the other way.
Ronaldo.
He's on the edge of the box.
Here's Ronaldo.
To Shilio.
To Dybala.
Up the ball for Ramsey.
Guadalajara is down.
In his face.
You see him trying to...
Oh, he's actually kissing.
Oh, that's...
Has the arm come up as well?
As we expected.
And certainly nowhere near as powerful as Milan.
Have been down their left-hand side.
And...
The...
Real is on their bench as well.
But...
I think it's a stronger Juventus bench.
Should they want to change.
Here's Kerskine.
For his second half.
He's seeing any changes.
Dallas.
Ibra, of course.
A bit befuddled.
Off we go in the second.
The club.
This is a chance here then for Remic.
Once again.
It's really turned into danger.
He didn't know there that Kasileko was there.
Ismael Benassa.
Ibrahimovic.
Difficult.
Oh, that.
The ball dropping over your body.
To try a volley.
Volley towards goal.
Benasse just...
Looks up.
Picks him out at the far post.
A brilliant ball.
But it's a long way out, isn't it?
Ronaldo.
Drifts across.
And here's another giveaway.
This time from Remic.
Kasileko.
Not used to seeing that whatsoever.
But...
Present it to Ronaldo.
Once again.
Benassa.
It was...
Fernandes.
You can just see it out.
0-0.
They'll be absolutely fine.
Beginning to splash.
Panucci.
Ronaldo.
Definitely done.
Kasileko.
Remic.
Ibrahimovic.
Ripples the side netting.
So close.
Remic is lucky as well.
Ibrahimovic.
Not the best...
Lay-off.
Either.
But...
Waited Ibrahimovic for it to come to his left foot.
Just tries to find that near post.
A good save from Buffon.
Ronaldo got it away.
Hit by Hernandez.
Took a little deflect.
Hernandez.
Salerno did well.
Here's Kasileko.
Left cross to the far stick area.
Remic.
Right through.
First goal of the Coppa Italia.
Semi-final.
First leg.
Goes to Milan.
And it goes down to Remic.
Buffon.
Good, firm challenge from Salerno.
Just a brilliant chip up to the back post.
And Remic wasn't sure.
The ball would end up at his feet.
But...
Ibrahimovic got something on it.
And Kasileko rolling that decision.
That's the return here from Dybala.
Percentage.
A throw-off chip up.
It's Costa.
He was back-fit.
Now he's injured again.
Kasileko.
Two minutes to go in the San Siro.
Very early on.
Here's another yellow card.
Well, I did warn you this was going to happen.
Yeah.
There's a red.
I think he was just slightly late.
Steps on Dybala.
There you can see that is dangerous.
Certainly worthy of a booking.
And now,
could that cost Milan?
The whole game could change now.
But, right, all evening long.
And it fits in.
Ronaldo.
Here's Rabiot.
It's going to be a 90-minute performance together.
We saw against Inter that
they can certainly leak goals forward in the second half.
But,
it's hard to see where you're best going to get
four goals from.
Ronaldo, we know, is
scoring every single week.
You need the great man to step up again,
but it hasn't been a
vintage reform.
It's not been an average one.
Milan have been good.
Rio de Janeiro.
Romagnoli had to come across and lift it out.
It's Latane.
I think Sandro got up nice and early,
but
ended in the
Ibra
who is going to milk this one.
Contacts and win the
win the free-kick.
It's exactly what he's trying to do.
One second here.
Juventus
across towards
Ronaldo.
It's
Calabria
and Juve
scream at the referee
and want a penalty for Handball.
Another in his hand.
Ronaldo's going for the ball.
Spectacular ball.
He catches it
fantastically well,
but I think his
does hit his arm,
does it not?
It certainly does.
It's out.
It's in their arms.
Big moment.
Big club Juventus.
Biggest in the country.
And they've got the penalty.
This has had been given
in the past.
The arm is slightly
away from the body.
It does stop the ball
going towards
the goal,
but I have so much sympathy
with Calabria.
Will Ronaldo have the last laugh?
Yes, he does.
Milan won.
Juventus won
in stoppage time.
Juve draw level
in the first leg
of the Coppa Italia
semi-final
in controversial fashion.
Ignores all the noise.
The stadium is going crazy,
but the great man
sticks the ball down.
Waits for De la Roma
to go to the left
and he just
lifts it over him
into the centre
of the goal.
Calm.
As you like.
Adding time
to stoppage time.
Here it comes.
It's clashed
into the far post.
It's back into the mix.
It gets his header.
It is
handled and dealt with
by Buffon
as he's
treading the Rebic goal
and he makes sure
that they go back
to Juventus
with a 1-1
scoreline
with the
penalty
leveler
from Ronaldo
so controversial
at the end
and they couldn't
quite force the winner.
No, they couldn't.
Encouraging
for all these men
and certainly
instrumental.
1-1 it finished.
Advantage now
to Juve.
Weissma from Eibar.
