House Republicans fight for Washingtonians to have a say on capital gains tax | April 20, 2021

House Republican Reps. Ed Orcutt, Michelle Caldier and Peter Abbarno speak in favor of an amendment to the majority’s capital gains income tax bill (SB 5096) that would have removed emergency clause language that could potentially bar a referendum to the people.
