Sheree Whitfield | House Tour | Sandy Springs “Chateau Sheree” Mansion

To be a real housewife featured on one of the popular Bravo series, you must be beautiful, wealthy and live in a luxury mansion. However, being an actual wife isn't one of the requirements, which was the case with Sheree Whitfield. The former cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is a successful single mom and she also owns a gorgeous mansion dubbed Chateau Sheree. She purchased the large lot about a decade ago and in 2013 her amazing 10,000 square foot mansion was built where she still resides. Today we'll be taking a look at this place as well as her former home. We even found the listings. In these videos we don't reveal any addresses and even though I've done a house tour of my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe for anyone. Sheree Whitfield is best known for being an alumni of the hit reality series The Real Housewives of Atlanta, starring on the show as a single mother of 3. Back in 2008 she was handpicked to join the cast, where she helped to quickly brand The Real Housewives of Atlanta as number one on Bravo TV. While she wasn't an actual wife on the show, prior to this she was married to former NFL player Bob Whitfield whom she divorced in 2007. Sheree is considered a socialite and resident of Atlanta who according to her Bravo bio, effortlessly manages her paxed calendar as a single mother to her 3 children and always on the go, formerly traveling to different cities for her book tour as she's also an author. While moving on from her painful past in her marriage, she had a mission to help and encourage other women to heal and do the same. Aside from raising her kids, her philanthropic work and her fitness projects, she also has a clothing and jewelry line called the She by Sheree collection. Online sources estimate Sheree's current net worth at around 800K to 1 million dollars, but often these are wrong, and these ladies have earned themselves a lot more. Today we're going to take a look at former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield who exited the show after season 4, and where she calls home. This includes the famed Chateau Sheree mansion she bought in Sandy Springs, Georgia and her former avode. Back in 2008 post-divorce, the former reality star's marital home located in Atlanta, Georgia was listed for sale at about 2.8 million dollars. According to records, Sheree, or Sheree and her ex-husband Mr. Whitfield, had purchased this mansion in 2000 for about 2.3 million dollars and it measured in at over 8,900 square feet of space with 6 beds, 8 full baths and 2 half baths throughout. There was additionally a nanny or staff quarters located above the garage and the property spanned almost 2 acres of land. The front of the home offers a sprawling driveway or motor courts, and to one side, there's a covered patio with beamed wood ceiling and classy stone underfoot. From more recent listing photos, it would appear since Sheree moved out all those years ago, the house has been upgraded and renovated with a more modern look. The sprawling English cottage style mansion has a spacious living room which formerly had dark stained wood floors and medieval style furnishings, but seems to have been lightened up in recent years. In fact, listing materials which claim the house was last sold in 2017 state there are new reclaimed wood floors, steel windows and Venetian plaster walls throughout. Not to mention a full renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The combination living and dining room is bright with high ceilings, fireplace and walls of windows, while another separate formal dining room is located nearby. There's also an elegant office with another fireplace, and that gorgeous upgraded kitchen has beamed ceilings, a large Eden marble island, and one of those extra fancy fridges with the glass doors. Not to mention there's a sunny breakfast nook decked out with full walls of windows. And can we talk about that master suite? It's gotta be one of the nicest that I've seen. Not only is it massive, the light wood with the white paints and nook of windows here all comes together perfectly. Elsewhere in Sheree's former home, there's an entertainment room with projector screen and stone fireplace, as well as features like a wine cellar, home gym and games room. The gated grounds had a large rectangular shaped swimming pool and new limestone outdoor fireplace was added. And if that's not enough, the entire property sits on the lake. Now for the home you've been waiting for, Chateau Sheree. Sheree bought the 1.05 acre lot her dream home was built on back in 2011, and now all her hard work made the mansion worth at least 2.49 million dollars. While her beloved Chateau was said to be finished in 2013, Sheree claimed it wasn't completely done until 2017, which is around the time that she unveiled it. Located in Sandy Springs, Georgia, her home is about 20 minutes away from downtown Atlanta. Sheree's home is full of luxurious amenities and spans a sprawling 10,000 square feet of space with 5 beds and 9 baths. Sheree loves to entertain and when you first walk in you can see this, as the foyer is expansive with soaring ceilings and a large area to greet guests. There's also a dramatic staircase and overhead, a mother of pearl dome ceiling and sparkling chandelier. There's an open flow from room to room, some spaces only separated by marble pillars such as the gorgeous living room Sheree calls the great room. Here there's a modern feel with nearly 30 foot ceilings, fancy arched windows running up the whole wall, and a large double height fireplace too. There's even a lookout from the upper floor so you can see what's going on in the great room, or look at that amazing chandelier. The attached kitchen is also modern and glamorous, featuring marble countertops, a metallic silver backdrop on her oven and stove, as well as a breakfast nook. There's even a large wine fridge perfect for Sheree to entertain her guests. Sheree said about her home, I love detail, everything is handpicked by me, I love my plants, my sconces, the fireplace, you know, it gets really cozy on those nice nights. There's another sitting room with fireplace, TV and sectionals which is cozier and perfect for a girls night. Chateau Sheree's basement has been a popular spot with the Atlanta Housewives in the past, and guests often gather here. There's a full bar with a nightclub vibe, and when you walk down the steps, you first enter a games room with navy walls and tan furnishings, as well as a pool table and round table for playing cards. There's also a sitting room or VIP room with a circular grey couch surrounding the whole room, and a TV as well as a fireplace with crystal logs, which I would say is pretty unique. The ultra sleek lounge in the basement is definitely one of the coolest spots in Sheree's mansion, and elsewhere, there's a theater with large sofas and a snack bar. Finally, Sheree even has her own spa down here with a sauna, hair wash and styling station, as well as two massage chairs. Honestly, the features at Chateau Sheree are pretty much endless. Even outdoors, there are balconies overlooking the grounds from almost every space in the house, and the patio has a stone gas fire pit and fluffy cream colored couches. By the looks of Sheree's Instagram, she also has a pool outside. Alright, so I think that brings us to the end of our Sheree Whitfield house tour.
