The trek to Dubbo Australia is complete and now we're heading camping in the outback at Dunn's Swamp to look for Drop Bears! 😃😃😃 Well, we'll definitely be doing some beautiful hikes..even if the Drop Bears are scarce. We spend hours wandering through gorgeous bush country where there are Aboriginal cave drawings dating back thousands of years! We complete some of our favorite hikes in recent memory with our amazing friends from Dubbo. Once back in town we head to Wellington Australia to visit the famous Wellington Caves because, well, we're in Wellington and that's just what you do!

This is our friend Dee from Dubbo. We met her in Thailand and now she is taking us camping.
I can't wait. Yay! And we're going to see drop bears. What's a drop bear? Oh, google it. Yep.
And I love men with bees. Watch out. Bye. Bye.
Dunes Swamp, part of the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. For our first walk,
Dubby. I'm sure that's wrong how to pronounce it, but we're first walking.
There's rock art stenciling up there up to 12,000 years old. And this is our second walk.
The top. Amazing view. Yes, absolutely have to go up here.
It's called the Pagoda Trail. Pagoda Hill. Have you seen pagodas? Pagodas.
In Southeast Asia, the hill looks like it.
In Australia, they call this a weir. We just call it a dam.
This is the Long Cave. Today we're doing the water side walk and it's sunny. We're at
Beehive Pagoda. We're walking the lake. This area is amazing. It's got huge rocks
and then there's forest. It's very diverse. Try and say that three times fast. I dare you.
We've reached the end of the trail. It's really peaceful. Another beautiful day hiking in
Australia. Soaking your feet at the end of a hike. Heaven. We're in Wellington,
Australia, not New Zealand, and we're here to check out the caves.
This is an active archaeological dig. We just finished with Wellington Caves
and now we're looking at this sculpture. It's supposed to be when they had a bridge that
they built a sculpture with the leftover pieces or the pieces that had fallen.
And that's Glenn hiding from the camera. This is our last night in Dubbo before we head to Sydney
and we came out to the zoo to have coffee and look at the monkeys. Heading out of Dubbo for Sydney.
