a peek inside, giving us an idea of how dreamy it is.
Kylie has called some stunning spots home over the years from Australia to the UK, and
in June 2021, she also listed her eco-friendly property in Byron Bay.
This residence is off-grid, featuring its own solar energy and amenities like a lush
courtyard and open living spaces.
To date, we're going to take a look at some of the popstar's properties.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses, and even though I've done a house tour of
my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe
for anyone.
Kylie Minogue is an Australian singer and actress, but not just any, she's the highest
selling female Australian artist of all time.
Not only has she sold over 70 million records worldwide, but she's been recognized for
reinventing herself in music and fashion time and time again.
At the time of this recording, Kylie's amassed an impressive net worth of about 120 million
dollars, and with that, she's lived in some luxury past.
Just wait till you catch a glimpse of how glamorous her current London suite is.

Let's first take a look at a spot Kylie was living at in 2014.
When the UK based singer was a coach on The Voice Australia series, she rented a luxury
three floor abode in the Sydney suburb of Coogee in her home country.
The sprawling home had been sold for 7 million dollars before the star rented it out, and
I can see why.
Located at the southern end of Coogee beach in Sydney's eastern suburb, the property
is right on the beach with amazing views of the ocean.
Geordie Shore fans may recognize the home as cast members lived here during the season
that was filmed down under.
Kylie's temporary home was modern in style with open plan living areas as well as 6 bedrooms,
5 bathrooms and much more.
There was also an upscale outdoor space with plenty of room to entertain, and of course,
an inviting swimming pool.
The master suite was fit for a queen as well, with a connected dressing room, walk-in closet
and luxe ensuite bath.
Other features included a gym, garage and a studio.
Prior to this, in 2010, Kylie was selling her upscale London flat for 3.9 million pounds
which equaled about 6 million US dollars, and it spanned 2 floors as well as 2730 square
feet of space.
The unit, also called a Maisonette by the listing at the time, offered 4 bedrooms and
3 bathrooms, but it was rumoured that Kylie was looking to fetch something larger.
The 5th and 6th floor apartment was in a small apartment building with a resident caretaker
and given a completely new look 4 years prior by a fancy interior design company.
It seems that floor plans showed a new configuration for the rooms after they redid the place too,
with 2 full bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, along with features like a small office and a large
dance studio that could have been converted back to a bedroom if you want to do that.
Kylie's former apartment was accessed through an elevator that opened to the 5th floor entrance
hall where she had walnut floors in a checkerboard pattern with a stunning staircase.
Double glass doors further led into the dining room that boasted baby blue panelled walls
with mirrors, heated flooring, a large bay window and a chandelier.
Sliding panels disappeared into the walls, to a sprawling living room with the same colour
scheme, blue velvet sofas and an antique marble fireplace.
Elsewhere in the flat there was an eat-in kitchen with plenty of windows and natural
lights, as well as walnut cabinets, marble counters, a work island with breakfast bar
and wine fridge, not to mention a top-of-the-line La Cornue stove with both electric and gas
ovens, among other features.
One of the bedrooms here had custom walnut cupboards, as well as a black marble ensuite
bath with fancy add-ons like a steam shower, heated towel rail and more heated floors.
A door at the end of the long hallway opened to Kylie's former master suite that boasted
a view of the London Eye, along with a marble fireplace, satin panelled walls with crystal
detailing and a deluxe ensuite bath.
Bathroom had heated marble floors, a fireplace and freestanding tub along with a custom dressing
area with two closets.
The Hollywood glam style staircase led up to a second floor that had a utility room
and a bathroom, as well as a spacious room with wood floors, skylights and a peaked ceiling
along with a built-in dressing table and hidden home entertainment system.
Earlier this year it was reported that Kylie was selling her eco-friendly property located
in Byron Bay, Australia.
That was the location she filmed her 2019 Tourism Australia campaign.
This gorgeous estate was located in Korabell, 30 minutes from the famous seaside town and
runs off-grid.
Spanning over 60 acres of sprawling land, the home featured its own solar energy to
operate as well as features a lush courtyard which welcomes guests into the estate.
There is a spacious living and dining area among more space to entertain, fully decked
out with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the hills and green countryside.
Kylie's eco-friendly abode had 3 bedrooms as well as a kitchen, boasting top of the
line appliances and sleek cabinets.
Elsewhere, another wing of the home had two of the spacious bedrooms, along with a shared
bathroom and an office.
The master suite was located in the other wing of the house and had its own en-suite
bath next to a mudroom and laundry room, while both wings had a deck that overlooked the
grounds and the sea in the distance.
This deck is actually where Kylie shot her short segments for Tourism Australia which
was targeted at British audiences.
Topstar explained.
It's truly one of the most breathtaking views you'll find along Australia's vast
coastline.
It's perfect for celebrities because of the absolute privacy, and is also well laid
out for families or retirees because it has been designed over a single level.
The eco-friendly property also had a newly built swimming pool at the side of the home.
Back in 2018, the home was up for 3.78 million dollars and it's rumoured these days it'll
be worth more.
These days, it's said that Kylie lives in a lavish penthouse in the world's priciest
apartment building, One Hyde Park in London.
Her particular unit is believed to be worth about 25 million dollars, 72 times more expensive
than the UK average house price.
While the singer keeps her abode fairly private, she shared glimpses inside and it's no doubt
breathtaking.
Kylie has set up a home recording studio which we can see from photos, and it's complete
with all the equipment you'd need to record a hit.
The room has a large piece of artwork on one wall with grey walls, and there's also a
modern curved lamp.
Elsewhere, Kylie is decorated with a framed photo of Marilyn Monroe in one room with a
grey LED lit bookcase.
She's also shared a rare video she filmed inside what appears to be her hallway, where
there's a gold mirror and a pink and white marble side table.
Meanwhile, her dreamy bathroom we've seen after Kylie had a home photoshoot here.
It's designed with cream marble walls and floors, a ridged glass shower, along with
gold metallic handles and fixtures.
There are even fresh white robes and towels hanging up too, just like you'd see in a
hotel or spa.
One Hyde Park is a building that's attracted a whole bunch of celebrities, including Naomi
Campbell and Holly Balance.
Apartments in the block are nearly three times as much as your usual luxury London real estate.
Alright, now that we've taken a look at the homes of Kylie Minogue, I think that concludes
this house tour.
We got to check out her former Sydney rental house, her eco-friendly estate she has on
the market, and much more.
I just wish we could see more details on her glamorous London flat.
Out of what we could see, which was your favorite from Kylie's properties?
Would you rather live off-grid, or in a fancy penthouse in one Hyde Park?
It's hard to choose, that's for sure, because they're both totally different.
But be sure to let me know what you liked or didn't like about Kylie's homes down
in the comments.
Thanks for watching!
