Great Chicken Salad Recipe – Old Fashioned Recipes – Collard Valley Cooks
This chicken salad is delicious with the addition of grapes and chopped pecans! Chicken Salad is great when made with a Rotisserie Chicken. It is great to have at parties as small sandwiches, or served in tarts , or with crackers. This recipe is listed in our Volume Two Cookbook, but if you want to add the grapes and pecans, you will have to add them to the recipe.
