A Christmas Carol - Bedtime stories for kids
“A Christmas Carol” is a novel by Charles Dickens, first published in London by Chapman & Hall in 1843. Today's story is retold by Gaby Goldsack. The story expresses the author's life experiences, observations in life and good wishes for the future.
The character of Ebenezer Scrooge is brought to life in A Christmas Carol. However, after meeting "supernatural guests" like the wandering ghost Jacob Marley and the three Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, he experiences significant changes in his thoughts, feelings, and awareness of human values. As a result, he ends up being the one to spread the charitable spirit of Christmas to everyone.
A terrible winter is how Ebenezer Scrooge is characterized. But each winter must end before the happy spring can spread out. As the Ghosts assisted Scrooge in turning the pages of his life, the fire of benevolence that warms humanity, though still chilly and harsh, began to light up more and more forcefully, dissolving the layer of selfish awareness.
“A Christmas Carol” is a reminder to adhere to high spiritual ideals and live in line with the rules of life and mankind, not just a book about the traditional holiday season.
