In 1971 along the cobblestone streets of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market, “Moby-Dick” the 1st Starbucks’ store was opened, offering fresh-roasted coffee beans, tea and spices from around the world for its customers to take home. Today Starbucks is privileged to connect with millions of customers every day in more than 80 markets. The massive expansion hasn't come without growing pains.
