The global pandemic of COVID19 and the related shutdowns have ended our streak of "Air Free" travel. We were last on a plane half a world away 15 months ago. Oh well, regardless of the streak, our situation indicates that we need to return to the USA sooner rather than later so we take the opportunity to fly Business Class for the first time which begs the question, "How did that work out for ya?"

Well, this is someplace you don't see us very often. It's an airport. How did this happen?
As travel restrictions from COVID-19 began to lock down the world, we returned to Cozumel to
ship our dive gear back from the States and made the tough decision to book a flight.
That was our last farewell to Cozumel for a while. I don't even know what to say. Cozumel is
completely shut down. It'll reopen. The reefs will come back stronger for it. The water is already
so beautiful out. The people there are definitely helping nature and it'll come back stronger than
ever. I lost my earring when I was going through screening and I went back and the guys found it
for me. My only pair of earrings. I'm so excited. And look at the floor upgrades. We now have social
distancing circles. It's a big upgrade from the last time we went across. Baltimore is being very
proactive with their social distancing and their cleaning to make everybody, even if you're together,
sit apart and it's pretty amazing. They're doing a great job. Our hotels got canceled so they
upgraded. This is a fair deal and it comes with free breakfast, ice, shampoo, and conditioner.
They're from Germany. They're trying to get back. Yes. Yeah. Today's the day. Back to the airport
We're feeling that we got out. Well, we haven't gotten out. Yeah. We're getting out just in time
and that's a good thing. So we're leaving the beautiful Fairfield. Well, this is someplace
you don't see us very often. It's an airport. How did this happen? 15 months were finally forced.
It's been a good run. We're hoping to start it. Well, we're going to start a new run right after
this flight and hopefully we'll actually get to travel again soon. We'll never know. We're going
to go up until quarantine in Miami and then we'll see what happens from there. They do.
While we were hoping to do a care inmate and get a business class ticket, but it didn't work.
That is a priority pass only lounge and we do not have priority pass because we never fly. Yeah.
Upgrades to business class. It's like the only thing we get too. I know. No food. No drinks.
And no drinks. Like no water. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. To make the business class experience
even less useful, they pulled me out of line while we were boarding to tear my bag apart
The seats are very comfy. Yeah. It'll be about the same as the check bag fee. So,
we just bought it on points and called it in. We only fly once every two years. We're about to go
go business class. Try business class for one day. Let's show you the apartment. Really nice,
comfy couch. A must. Has a big refrigerator, a stove, microwave and a coffee bottle.
That's pretty much everything we need. Two bedrooms. I don't know which one. That's about
too big. And a big bathroom. Nice. That's a lot. This is our home for the next month.
I'm glad it has a comfy couch. And it has a pool. Keep drinking this coffee.
Leave the thumbs up and subscribe. No, that was good. That was good. That was good.
