One of the richest and most popular YouTube channels of recent memory is the Ace family,
made up of husband and wife Austin McBroom and Katherine Pius.
Alongside their two daughters and baby boy, this happy couple documents basically their
entire lives through a series of vlog-style videos that follow their everyday adventures.
With over 19 million subscribers, this family is estimated to be worth a ridiculous amount
of money.
I'm talking somewhere in the ballpark of 22 million dollars, and that astronomical
net worth has landed them some pretty spectacular family homes.
A few months ago I took you through their 10 million dollar compound that was recently
put into foreclosure.
And after months of procrastinating, the family has finally landed some new digs that they're
ready to show off to the entire world.
Well kind of.
So today we're going to check out the Ace family's new home.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses and even though I've done a house tour of
my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe for
anyone.
Austin and Katherine of the Ace family definitely love living in luxury, it's obvious if you
follow their content.
But all of that money and fame isn't without it's downfalls.
Some influencers just seem to have drama follow them wherever they go.
And that certainly seems to be the case with this couple.
Considering how under the microscope they've been during this entire foreclosure ordeal,
I'm not surprised that they're looking to roll out their new family home a little
more slowly.
That being said, this new place looks pretty impressive.
Hey guys, it's Kara, back with another exclusive house tour here on Fumous Entertainment.
Today I'm going to take you inside the newest Ace family home, and I'm also going to wrap
up any loose ends we might have left over from the investigation into their old place
and their hasty exit from it.

Now let's get into this video.
Back in 2019, the Ace family spent a whopping 10 million dollars to combine two former homes
in the heart of Encino, California into one gigantic space with over 20,000 square feet
situated on 1.2 acres of land.
In all honesty, this is probably the most lavish house in the entire neighborhood of
Woodland Hills, which is otherwise known to be a working class community located in the
San Fernando Valley.
Boasting an impressive array of rooms, including a dozen separate bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a
Austin and Catherine spared absolutely zero expense when it came to renovating this beauty.
I mean, not only did their ensuite bathroom feature a stunning floor to ceiling shower
and sauna combo, but the backyard also had its very own mini golf course.
Now if you'd like to see more of the Ace family dream home, be sure to check out our original
house where they took a detailed look inside of the place.
But for now, I'm going to tell you guys what went wrong with this fairytale of a home.
According to multiple reports, the Ace family's extravagant mansion entered foreclosure after
the couple stopped paying mortgage payments in the early stages of 2021.
Then in late March, the couple's lender, Five Arch Funding Corporation, filed a notice of
default on the $8.85 million mortgage that the couple had borrowed to finance their real
estate purchase.
The news broke everywhere online, but according to Austin and Catherine, they were totally
unfounded.
Despite having lived in the property for a couple of years already, the Ace family had
only managed to pay off about $150,000 of their original mortgage, meaning that they
still owed an astounding $8.7 million.
After being served with the notice of default, Austin and Catherine could have discussed
a new financial arrangement with their lender, but those talks apparently either stalled
out or never took place at all.
Because within a few months, the Ace family was announcing their intention to move out
of what they once thought would be their forever home.
On their way out, just about the last thing they ever bothered to mention was the notice
of default.
Instead, they firmly framed their decision as a result of putting their trust into the
wrong people, on top of shoddy workmanship, including, but not limited to, endless wall
leaks, ill-fitted doors, a lack of heating, and cheap furnishings.
As many clicks as our house's entering foreclosure probably would have earned, there's just
no way it would be worth the hit that their lifestyle image would have taken in the process.
In October of 2021, the Ace family mansion returned to the beneficiary, where it was
then entered into a public foreclosure auction.
An online listing for the auction states that the property started off with an opening ask
of around $9 million.
But because bidders were expected to put down the total sum of cash for the property on
the spot, not a single bid was ever entered.
Meanwhile, to prepare themselves for their inevitable departure, the Ace family took
to the OfferUp app to sell some of their former furniture online, including their $4,000 couch
and an $8,900 high-end mattress.
Oh, and during that video where the Ace family revealed the truth behind why it was that
they were leaving behind what they once considered to be the home they would spend the rest of
their lives in, they dropped yet another bombshell – that they had already picked out their
next home.
So how about we take a look at that place next?
After months spent steeped in the drama surrounding their old home, the Ace family was finally
ready to move on and start their next chapter.
To accomplish just that, they picked themselves up a gorgeous new place, that might be a tad
more modest than their last one, but still comes with all the trimmings that matter most.
To begin with, let's start with the biggest difference between this home and their former
one, namely that they're keeping some of the details about this place under tight wraps.
Gone are the announcements of how much they've spent in their new place, and they haven't
even said where this new home is located.
Instead, what they've decided to do is show off parts of the house piece by piece.
So why don't we do the same and start with their luxurious kitchen?
To be honest, this is actually bigger than their former culinary space, and Austin estimates
it to be about 3 times the size.
Beyond the gorgeous wood finishing and tasteful white walls, there's also a gigantic dark
marble island in the middle of the room that's just perfect for a family breakfast.
But as nice as that is, it pales in comparison to the waterfall that gives off some truly
stunning vibes in the nearby dining room through some rolled away walls.
Pair that with some gigantic mirrors, as well as a killer geometrical chandelier up top,
and you've got all you could want.
Beyond the type of rooms that you'd no doubt expect to find, you know, the bedrooms, bathrooms
and living room, the Ace family has also recreated one of their favorite spaces from their prior
home, their in-house cinema.
I can't blame them for making that a priority, and honestly, it's every bit as nice as their
old one, and looks like the most comfortable room in the entire house.
Recognize those couches?
Yep, they're the same ones from their old living room, but they've been repurposed to
serve as some of the most comfy movie seating you'll ever find.
Upstairs, the Ace family has also set up a kid-friendly playroom that's sure to afford
Al Steel and Alea all the fun they can handle the older they get.
You know, if they can actually manage to fit themselves inside of there with all those
toys.
Speaking of playrooms, you just know that Austin and Catherine aren't going to sell
themselves short on their own entertainment space.
They threw together a pretty stunning games room out in their backyard that has a little
bit of everything that you could possibly want, including Austin's collection of arcade
cabinets.
Then again, as much fun as these two might have playing games, you don't wake up everyday
looking as good as they do on a whim.
With that in mind, they made sure to stock the opposite side of the games room with a
whole bunch of home gym equipment to keep themselves in shape and looking their very
best.
Finally, out back is a host of other awesome activities to keep the family going, whether
it's their exterior patio setting, their gigantic pool with an attached hot tub, or
the wide open spaces that surround it, this home offers plenty of room for the entire
family, no matter the occasion.
Oh, and with all that training that Austin has put in lately in the boxing ring, you
just know that he was gonna find a spot to park his very own boxing ring.
Whether or not the space will stay that way or become a playground for the kids, these
two still have to figure out.
Alright guys, that's gonna wrap up our look into the Ace Family's newest abode.
Do you guys think it can hold a candle to their former place?
Or maybe you think this place is more practical and better suited to their needs.
I for sure do.
I think that last mega mansion was far too much, so I totally prefer this home.
