The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been making significant updates to the $8.5 million Encino home she once shared with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky. One of the most personal changes? Removing all the photos of just the two of them. Richards and Umansky purchased their sprawling seven-bedroom estate in 2017 for $8.3 million, and it had been their family home ever since.
