A run down the North Branch of the LaHave River, Nova Scotia. We started at Texas Lake and took out at Pinehurst. There are eleven sets of rapids, one waterfall (Indian Falls) and several sweepers.

This is Noah with Northern Scavenger. It is October 29th here in Nova Scotia.
This weekend we got about 50 millimeters of rain, so quite the dump. The river should be up,
so I am taking this Monday off to run the Lahave River. I don't know much about this river. I do
know it is a fun whitewater river when the water levels are up, so we're gonna go check it out.
It should be about 16 kilometers from start to finish, so it'll be a fun day I think.
We're at the puddin and it's looking pretty swollen. Right off the bat we hit some rapids
and we haven't paddled yet together, so that's gonna be a nice intro.
We're good. Far right. Right through. Right here.
