Considering Kelly has long been hosting the Live with Kelly and Ryan show from the heart
of New York City, it's also where the couple calls home.
After selling their former home in Soho, Kelly and Mark picked up their current Upper East
Side mega townhouse, spanning almost 8,000 square feet of space for $27 million in 2013.
Aside from this, the pair maintains a vacation retreat in the Hamptons, which they keep pretty
private.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses, and even though I've done a house tour of
my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe
for anyone.
Kelly Ripa is an actress, talk show host and more, best known for co-hosting the morning
talk show Live with Kelly and Ryan.
She also starred for many years in the soap opera All My Children, which is where she
met her longtime husband, fellow actor Mark Consuelos.
The pair met on set as co-stars back in 1995, it opened in 1996, and the rest was history.
Kelly and Mark share 3 children together, as well as a combined net worth of approximately
$160 million, which no doubt has helped them afford stunning homes in pricey New York.

Now let's get into this video.
Kelly and Mark's primary home is their massive townhouse located on the Upper East Side of
Manhattan, New York.
Any Gossip Girl fans would know that the Upper East Side is a neighborhood known for being
posh and full of well-to-do residents, fancy restaurants, and designer stores on Madison.
Kelly and Mark purchased their residence in 2013 and the massive abode cost them $27 million.
When you take into account the townhome is actually a mansion spanning 7,796 square feet
of space over 5 floors in the heart of New York City, that price tag is totally believable.
The couple also went on to do a floor-to-ceiling renovation on the place to make it their total
dream home.
From Instagram photos, we can see their luxury home has a main living room with soaring ceilings
and a roaring fireplace, attached to the contemporary kitchen.
While it was purchased in an off-market deal, there were no listing photos available, but
we do know Kelly and Mark's home boasts 5 bedrooms along with 6 bathrooms and plenty
of other amenities.
It was also built in 1882 and renovated extensively, while other features include two fireplaces,
a sprawling rooftop terrace, and an elevator.
You can see Kelly's abode from 76th Street, or the exterior anyways, which offers an entrance
made with two large front doors.
Walking inside, the stunning entrance hall has double-height ceilings and polished marble.
The TV host has given fans a peek inside the foyer in many Instagram posts, such as when
she was celebrating her 50th birthday.
At the time, the hall was decked out with bouquets of flowers, and we could see all
the other glamorous touches around.
Inside the couple's kitchen, there are a marble counter, the large island, stainless
steel appliances, and a ton of space to hang out and cook some family meals.
Not to mention, Kelly's closet is like a boutique in itself, complete with a gorgeous
chandelier, glass table, and custom space for her designer wardrobe.
Kelly and Mark's master suite leads out to another lounging area with plush couches,
and the couple has their own king-sized bed for their sleeping quarters where they tend
to document their cuddles.
Elsewhere, the large rooftop offers a terrace with views of New York City, as well as some
gardens.
Even living in an Upper East Side mansion, Kelly and Mark still need to escape the busy
city every once in a while.
For those times, they also have a spectacular retreat in the Hamptons, every well-to-do
New Yorker's favourite vacation spot.
In 2003, the couple purchased their welcoming getaway for $2.35 million, and it spans 5,572
square feet of space with 5 bedrooms throughout.
Their family vacation home is kept largely under wraps so we haven't been able to see
much of the interiors, but we do know it's located at the end of a private street and
boasts plenty of trees surrounding the property.
Considering the home is about 2 hours from downtown Manhattan, it's perfect for Kelly,
Mark and their kids to escape to on the weekends.
In fact, Kelly has said that they like to visit their Hamptons home year-round, not
only in the summertime.
In 2020, Kelly was spending more time at their Hamptons home and had shared a peek inside
with fans.
The talk show host took to Instagram and showed off her personalized vitamin pack to her followers,
unboxing the contents in her stylish living area.
The living room we could see was wood panelled with a cozy vibe, along with floor-to-ceiling
wooden shelving units and a large TV.
There was also another sitting area featuring plush white couches, antique light fixtures
and windows which looked out into the garden.
On the grounds, the mansion boasted an impressive outside space, including a sprawling swimming
pool and separate deck to sunbathe in the summer.
There's also a manicured grassy lawn and plenty of potted plants.
Before we wrap up this house tour, let's take a look at a former home of Kelly and
Mark.
In 2013, it was reported that the couple offloaded their duplex penthouse, located in
Lower Manhattan, for 24.5 million dollars.
It's said that Kelly and Mark first tried to sell in 2010, but it didn't go for the
price they were wanting at the time.
The couple bought this large 6,792 square foot penthouse back in 2005 for 9.5 million
dollars and spent a couple of years and a ton of money on a huge renovation.
According to floor plans, that resulted in 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 fireplaces,
and a bonus 2,500 square feet of outdoor space.
That space was landscaped with extra privacy and a slightly zen type of vibe.
Kelly and Mark's former penthouse opened directly through a key lock elevator system
right into an airy 14 foot high foyer with two windows.
Their living room was 35 feet long, 20 feet wide, with 12 foot high ceilings, so it was
clearly quite spacious.
Much of the home was decked out in red as the main accent color, while there were also
pale colored walls, coffered ceilings, and oak floors.
The kitchen and dining room was open concept and style, and the kitchen offered some more
red in the seating, along with marble and blue stone counters, and not one, not two,
but three fridges.
All of the appliances were also top of the line designer as you may expect.
Elsewhere there was a service hall with wine fridge and dumbwaiter meant to be used for
the second level service kitchen, and nearby there was also a den and office with web bar.
A wing of the penthouse was stacked with the guest and family bedrooms, while the master
bedroom was privately set up on its own.
It boasted an entry hall with walk-in closets, a two room luxury bathroom with heated marble
floors, large soaking tub, and more.
Now the penthouse had a second level with its own kitchen, airy dining room, and more,
which could even act as its own apartment suite.
In here, there was also a skylight topped media room with fireplace and home gym.
These rooms opened through French doors to the decadent rooftop terrace which wrapped
around the unit.
Out there, you could enjoy a shaded outdoor living area with fireplace and TV, and another
space featured an outdoor kitchen and barbecue station.
Other rooftop bonuses included a raised hot tub, an outdoor shower, and another TV.
After offloading this abode, Ms. Ripa and Mr. Consuelos moved onto their current Upper
East Side digs.
